On point customer service
I have always had a positive experience dealing with Esslab over the years, especially with GB our sales contact . Last week was testament to their level of service, having had unforseen issues within the lab, Esslab not only sent out replacements but had them to me on next day, from a very late contact with them the day before. Absolute legends.

Recent stock standards
I have nothing but praise for the team that help me with my orders, particularly Gary Barazi who I deal with most of the time, although if Gary isn't available the process is picked up by other members of the ESSLAB team. When I ask for quotes for existing products or new custom mix products I get a quick response. The delivery dates are always realistic and orders usually arrive by the estimated dates. I tell the team when I place an order so that they can look out for it and if it doesn't arrive within a few days i am informed so that I can chase it up through our purchasing system as things do sometime get lost.

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry that on this occasion the delivery of your items was not in line with your expectations. I've investigated this delay and see that while most of the items are held in UK stock for immediate dispatch, custom CRM's are made to your specification by our US manufacturer and take 3 weeks from point of order. We appreciate your feedback and will look to provide more detailed information on stock and non-stock items in future so that you can choose the option of part delivery if the items are urgently required.
