I approached Co-op because I needed a Will Trust. My first point of contact was Yasmin Rahmouni. I really enjoyed interacting with her. She was very professional and a very good listener. She understood my requirements very quickly, and she highlighted things I hadn't thought about previously. She was very accommodating, even when I followed up our initial session with additional requirements by email.

Brian made our experience great
Brian made our experience great! Making our wills and power of attorney was something we had been delaying, however, Brian was patient and took his time answering our very many questions. He was clear and concise and it made a difficult task seem easy.

Helpful and convenient service

Great service, thanks Shanice
Shanice provided excellent service in our estate planning meeting, guiding us through a complex subject and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. The two hours we spent with Shanice flew by, we enjoyed discussing our situation with her, and Shanice dealt with us with empathy and understanding.
