It has been 6 mounths since ı have done my hair transplant process. To see the real difference take time but now I can't believe how the difference clearly obvious. I’ve been thinking about hair transplant but It wasn’t a easy process to me to decide. Thanks to Julia my decision-making process has accelerated and she was always with me during the process. I feel confident now. thanks a lot for that life-changing process.

These guys are really the best for a transplant in turkey. It can be a bit daunting as there are so many to choose from and you can hear stories of some unsuccessful experiences at some of these clinics. This clinic, however, has a small number of patients that it treats at any given time and dedicates entire teams to pre, during and post surgery. Based on the quality of the work done by these people, I doubt I’ll need a second transplant, but if I do I will be coming back here. I have been reassured during every step of the process and have been so well looked after.

A friend recommended Estecapelli, and I’m so glad I went for it. The entire team was professional yet warm, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. What impressed me most was how they tailored the treatment to my specific needs and hair type. I’m 4 months into my recovery, and the hair is growing in nicely. We are living in Germany and had our first contact with the clinic ( with Ms Damla ) in December 2023 via WhatsApp Video call. She was very nice and explained everything step by step and clearly to understand.

So we travelled to turkey in January 2024 and it was everything as described - no bad surprises at all. The clinic is very up-to-date, the stuff was very professional but also very kind, so we felt very calm.

After all this time we are still in contact with Ms Damla. In the first weeks, when there was much to do and so much happened fast, we talked daily. Now she still contacts us every now and then and is asking how we are doing and asking for update photos.

The result can be different from patient to patient. We are very happy with our result. The whole growing process went as described and you have to be patient.

Our friend recommended the clinic one year after his hair transplantation and we are happy with our decision ever since.

There are so many extremely positive things to say about my experience with Estecapelli that I am afraid my review would be rather long one.
Anyway, let's summarize.
My experience with Estecapellu is beyond and over any expectations.
From the very first contact with Estecapelli representative to the very end when my journey to Istanbul ended, I was amazed how professional and extremely pleasant my interaction and treatment by the Estecapelli stuff was.
I live in Toronto, Canada. It came to a time when I had to rejuvenate my teeth completely. It is very expensive to do such an extensive work in Canada. So I looked for alternatives. Turkey and Istanbul was an option to explore. I did my research and got in contact with few agencies and clinics. Immediately after first contacts, the Estecapelli stood high up. Estecapelli representative, Onur was able to knowledgeable explain the whole process. The representative went beyond and arranged a video call with prestige doctors from the Dental Clinic. I was explained in details what to expect and how my dental work would be completed. All of that, made me so much comfortable to proceed and arrange my trip to Istanbul.
It was pleasant surprise to see Onur and Estecapelli driver welcoming me at the airport in Istanbul. I was transferred to the hotel in luxury van. Pleasant welcoming conversation during our ride to the hotel relaxed my tensioned nerves. Estecapelli arranged my stay at the elegant hotel conveniently located near restaurants, shopping centers and plenty of street food options. I was not feeling isolated. I felt very comfortable and relaxed.
Estecapelli representativ had prepared agenda during my stay that was nailed in fine details.
The very next day, Estecapelli driver would came to the hotel and took me to the Dental Clinic. Just to mention that the drivers are very professional but also friendly. I felt extremely safe being driven around Istanbul, which is by the way not an easy place to drive the vehicle around.
The Dental Clinic is state of the art on itself. The doctors and clinic staff are so professional, friendly and hospitable. Immediately I felt being immensely taking care of. The doctors explained me in details the procedure that would be done to me. Even though I had bad experiences with my dental work in the past, I was fully relaxed and confident that I am at the right place.
The procedure went so smooth even though the target at the end was Hollywood smile. My dental work included different dentist doctors specialized in their fields. All of them were precise, knowledgeable, professional and very hospitable. The result of their work made me so happy when I saw my new look in the mirror.
Overall, it was extremely pleasant and over and beyond from any of my expectations. It was great experience. I never regret that I chose Estecapelli for my dental work. I am so happy that made my decision to go with Estecapelli.
Estecapelli provides many other medical options. Hair transplant, esthetic surgeries, dental and many others. Having seen and experienced in person how wonderful my treatment by the Estecapelli stuff was, I would certainly have them on top of my list in case I need to do some other medical work in the future.

I recently had a hair transplant with EsteCapelli, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. They used advanced technological devices to analyze my scalp and finalized the transplant plan accordingly. This level of professionalism was something I hadn't encountered in my previous hair transplant experience.

The post-operation follow-up was impressive as well. They regularly monitored my progress by requesting photos, which made me feel well cared for. Even though it's still early days, I've already noticed visible improvement, and I'm incredibly satisfied with the results.

I had a hair transplant a year ago and the results were much better than I thought. Some people write false comments. No one should believe such people.
All the employees are friendly and know their job, especially Ms. Damla there, she makes everything easier for you. My advice is, don't believe such people, go to Estecape, entrust yourself to them, they will do the rest.

A had a hair transplant in March with esta capeli and I can honestly say my experience was second to not from start to finish, airport pick up to procedure, also James the guy who helps you through all the processes of the treatment is a credit to the company, not only while you are in Istanbul but the after care he provides aswell, absolutely first class thanks to all the team

I would like to thank everyone staff member from doctors to medical staff to the driver and also my interpertur James. I arrived and was collected as told, the hotel was fab .. double tree by hilton on my package upgrade.. the day of the transplant everything was thoroughly gone through from bloods, to pressures to making sure the donor area and transplant areas where checked and all good. I had lots of communication with James who made every step of the Journey easy for me to take what was a massive jump to getting my hair transplant done especially going alone I did not once feel uneasy instead like I was a valued customer and everyone was so welcoming even after the procedure everyone said hello and came to check in on myself before heading back to the hotel. Painless and brilliant, I had no pain effects from Injections to the procedure so if your someone who's a little apprehensive don't be go for it :) final day I was taken back in for the final wash then transported back to the airport for home.

My experience was definitley a 5, if you want an easy and successful trip to Istanbul for work go to estecapelli.

James made my experiance the best very funny easy to get along with and calming and thoroughly proffesional from the start and still now in the aftercare, he has been absolutely 💯 percent brilliant I can't wait to see my final results.. a little mention to eyup the driver a true gentleman in helping everyone in and out with there belongings. I would recommend estecappeli to anyone I know wanting a procedure done.

I’m 4 months post surgery and I felt it was right to leave an honest review of este capelli, I will be leaving a review at 8 months and 12 months too in due course. Communication is good from the start with regular messages form a lady called Sky and most questions answered competently. After discussing different packages I went for the basic one they did for Micro FUE for about £1600. When I arrived at the airport I was told to go to a particular exit and give my name, after about an hour of being moved around I finally got my taxi. Got to the hotel and relaxed until the morning. Morning of surgery I attempted the breakfast which was awful, but wasn’t really bothered about that. Was then picked up by the driver and taken to the clinic. After taking multiple pictures and having my new hairline drawn on by about 5 different people I then had my bloods taken for testing. Here’s the bit that slightly concerned me, I was asked to pay in full by Sky before I even had my blood results back, this is when the calm and helpful communication that i had from early communications turned pushy and uncomfortable. Had there been an issue with my blood results I may have been out of pocket by a lot of money as most people there didn’t speak much English apart from Sky the lady dealing with me. Bloods were of course fine anyway and we continued to one to the surgery room. This is the second part that was bad, after laying down on the bed and having my injections done Sky then swiftly left and i was left alone with one of the technicians who of course spoke no English, I had no idea what tools were being used on me and felt extremely uncomfortable and worried as there was no one there to explain to me what was going on as I had also travelled alone. After a couple of hours passed another man came in and was helping with the surgery. There was a small table next to me which was being used to collect my follicles in that they were extracting and being placed in a tray, to my shock the man who was helping knocked that table and I heard a crash and saw liquid all over the floor. I asked if everything was ok and the woman replied yes all ok, this was clearly not ok as all my hair follicles had just been dropped everywhere-great. By this point I was in quite a bit of pain and was convinced my hair transplant was ruined. After about 6 hours the main doctor who’s face is all over their website came into the room, shook my hand and left, not sure if these doctors are supposed to overlook parts of the surgery but this was definitely not the case. After 8 hours my surgery was complete and I just wanted to get out of there. Went back the day after and had my first hair wash and then got the hell out of there. Weird and uneasy experience that I wouldn’t want to go through again and would not recommend to anyone. Needless to say my hair is currently growing ok, sadly my donor area has noticeable balding lines of hair and looks v thin frontal hairline looks good atm and seems to be growing well, crown area is thin still but have more hair than before so cannot complain too much. I think this company needs to address how the patient is looked after during the surgery, communication needs to be be better and reassurance would have been nice at the start to make me feel more at ease. Since my surgery the number I had for Sky has changed to some else (not sure where Sky went) the lady I now speak to recommended minoxidil which I’ve been taking for about 3 months and have noticed more growth but it’s hard to say whether that’s just the transplant working on its own or not. I’ve given the star rating a 3 as I believe that is the correct rating to give based on my experience. Had they not dropped my follicles, lied about them being dropped and been pushy about the payment I woud have given a 4 but even a 4 is pushing it. I will leave a review at 8 months and perhaps my rating on this company will change (time will tell and will have to see how my donor area looks as currently it doesn’t look good.

I had been considering a hair transplant for some time but wasn’t sure where to start in who to contact or the best place to go! That was until I seen the results of my friend who had been here 12 months earlier and I was amazed by how good his results were! I contacted James expressing my interest and asked a few questions. He instantly replied to me with the necessary information and followed up with a short phonecall to discuss further. He was very helpful and easily contactable when I had any questions, and was not pushy in trying to get me to book a procedure. After a couple of weeks I decided to go ahead and asked James if my selected dates were ok and they were! Within two weeks I was on a flight and collected from the airport by their driver! The following day I had a short consultation and away they went with the procedure! All the staff were brilliant, very professional and the clinic itself was immaculate, modern, and overall welcoming! James was with me throughout the whole process, on hand to answer any questions and explained in detail to me every step of the procedure as it was happening! The following day I returned to the clinic for my first wash and aftercare instructions, again which were explained very clearly to me by James! I then returned home to England with James on hand on WhatsApp 24/7! Although it is early days, I am already extremely happy with the result! I can see the job that has been done is to a high standard and I am excited to see the full result! I can’t imagine anywhere else being any better than this experience I have had! Thanks again 😃

I have had a FUE hair transplant. It is only day 3 so can’t comment on the over all results.
However my experience so far has been 100%.
A gentleman called James has been fantastic. No amount of questions are too many. The care so far has been brilliant everything superb.
Would with confidence recommend these guys if you are considering a hair transplant.
