Last December I underwent a Rhinoplasty through EsteCapelli, and I cannot express enough how happy I was with the entire experience, from start to finish. My surgeon Dr. Mehmet Palali did an amazing job.

From the initial consultation, Dr. Palali showed a level attention to detail that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and aesthetic preferences, ensuring that the new shape of my nose would harmonize with my facial features. Not only did he achieve this with precision, but the improvement in my breathing was a welcome surprise, addressing issues I hadn't even been aware of before.

The recovery process was very smooth, and I experienced zero pain. The nursing staff at the hospital were incredibly caring throughout my stay. EsteCapelli went above and beyond by arranging seamless transfers to and from the airport and all appointments, with drivers.

A heartfelt thank you goes to James, who played a big role in making my journey so great. From the moment I arrived in turkey, James ensured I felt comfortable and welcomed at all times. His constant support and genuine concern made the entire process less intimidating, almost like having a good friend by my side.

During my recovery, James went out of his way to check in on me multiple times a day, ensuring that everything was healing as planned.

Everything I could possibly think of was taken care of. The transportation, hotel, translator doctor and clinic. This felt too good to be true before I got it done. I'm 3 weeks post op from my rhinoplasty and I'm loving the results so far. My translator Onur was the best and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Everything was very well organized from the minute we left the airport, the transfer was always on time and the driver was friendly. Onur was great help during the whole journey, he was able to translate everything for me which was very helpful. The surgery went well also and I’m very happy with my results so far! I went to turkey for my rhinoplasty 4 weeks ago from Dr. Palili. I would like to say that the experience went really smooth and transparent. Since i had a septoplasty before, i was super worried about my breathing and my septum. But Dr. palili is a very experienced doctor and fixed my problem straight away. I would like to mention that onur has been a great support system in the journey. He has been great at communication and transparency. Always helped me at every step and made my journey smooth and easy from start of the trip till the finish. Although it’s still quiet fresh to comment on the shape and the results but onur’s hospitality is highly recommended!

Great experience with Rhinoplasty procedure done by Dr Mehmet Palali, coordinator Onur was punctual and had timely communication. All questions answered, I felt well prepared with the help of Onur. Despite the language barrier I felt my requests were heard and I could see the professionalism and highly experienced Dr knew exactly what I wanted and needed before I even said so. Transportation was great! The hospital nurses were so caring of me! The hotel I was set up with was amazing and so accommodating. As someone who underwent a hair transplant treatment at Estecapelli clinic in Istanbul, I am deeply disappointed with my experience.

Firstly, I was appalled by the overharvesting of the donor area during the procedure. The excessive extraction of hair follicles has left my donor area visibly depleted, compromising the overall aesthetic outcome of the transplant.

Moreover, the transportation arrangements were consistently delayed, causing inconvenience and frustration. Despite assurances of punctuality, I experienced delays of one hour or more for transportation to and from the clinic, which is completely unacceptable.

Overall, my experience at Estecapelli clinic was marred by these significant shortcomings, leaving me dissatisfied with the quality of care and service provided. I would caution anyone considering treatment at this clinic to thoroughly research their options and consider alternative providers.

Average Experiemce, but overall the work is done properly

I just had my rhinoplasty surgery in Turkey in Estecapeli, and I had an amazing experience! Everything from the help I got, to the the service, the translator whom was Onur, drivers and of course surgeon was a ten out of ten! They took extremely good care of me, and I felt very prioritised. You could definitely feel that everybody was well educated and experienced. My surgeon was Dr. Mehmet Palali, and he did such a great job with my nose. He even made my breathing much better, and I am so greatfull! I would highly recommend getting your surgery at Estecapeli, and they do a lot of different types of surgery not only rhinoplasty! I’m so happy for my nose and I’ve already gotten tons of compliments.
