I want to share my full experience so others can make an informed decision before spending their hard-earned money here.

When I first signed up, I was sold a package of 6 PRP sessions, 2 mesotherapy sessions, and a few laser treatments for around ₹2,000. From day one, I clearly told Amir, the person who sold me the package, that I live far away and wouldn’t be able to come every week. I specifically said I could come every other week or once every two weeks, and he agreed that it was not a problem.

Over the next 6.5 months (about 28 weeks), I completed 6 PRP sessions, 2 mesotherapy sessions, and 9 laser sessions — a total of 17 visits. This means I actually came more often than promised, since coming every two weeks would have meant only about 14 visits. I kept my side of the commitment.

Throughout the treatment, I didn’t question much because Amir constantly reassured me that results were visible and that I should trust the process. He was very polite and confident, so I believed him. But by the end of all sessions, there were no results at all — in fact, my hair looked thinner than when I started.

When I finally told him that I saw no improvement and asked for help, he completely changed his tone. He became rude and defensive, saying it was my fault for missing a few laser sessions. So apparently, all the PRP, mesotherapy, and nine laser sessions I did complete didn’t matter — but a couple of missed lasers supposedly made all the difference. That explanation made no sense.

I requested a few more mesotherapy sessions to help improve the results. Instead of trying to genuinely help, Amir started trying to sell me more PRP sessions. I refused, and after a long argument, he reluctantly said he would give me four mesotherapy sessions.

But when I went for those sessions, I later found out that what they were injecting was biotin, not mesotherapy. Even the doctor accidentally mentioned it during my second visit. I was shocked — Amir had told me he was giving me vitamin injections, but it turned out to be cheap biotin instead of proper mesotherapy. This felt like a clear case of deception.

When I confronted him about it, instead of addressing the issue or apologizing, he got defensive and even threatened to sue me just because I said I would write about my experience publicly. That’s not how a professional clinic should behave.

To summarize:
• I completed all the agreed sessions and even went more frequently than I had initially promised.
• I was misled about the treatment results and later given biotin instead of mesotherapy.
• When I raised valid concerns, I was blamed, gaslighted, and threatened instead of helped.

This entire experience was not just disappointing but also deeply unethical. I’m sharing this so others can be careful and aware of such practices before trusting this clinic with their time and money.

This is my second visit to Este Hair Medical. The first visit was a consultation and now PRP. My experience was amazing. During the PRP session, I was advised to drink more water (for the plasma to be clear) so for future reference I will do so. I was treated warmly and kindly by all. Selda is professional and tactile, this made me feel comfortable and less anxious. Love this place!!! I am looking forward to continuing on my treatment plan.

On January 10, 2025, I had the pleasure of receiving treatment from Stefania Toth during my PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and laser session. From the moment I arrived, Stefania’s warm demeanour put me at ease. She explained each step of the process, ensuring I understood what to expect during the treatment.
