Mehrnaz at Este medical has been amazing in assisting me with my hair journey. I couldn’t have done it without her. The knowledge she shares with me every appointment regarding healthy hair and habits is incredible. I’ve noticed a difference once starting the laser and PRF session with her. Came in for a consultation to the Manchester clinic just to get a feel of my options, as I’ve never really been to any before. The consultant Jessica was really good, felt very welcoming and trustworthy.

When spending so much money you’d like to know as much detail as possible about what is going on and she gave answers to every question asked and was very inviting with no pressure to go for this company. Walked out of there booking my first appointment the next Friday.

The appointment on Friday was really good. I had Mirza who was doing the treatment on me which was extremely professional, clean and very welcoming. He explained the treatment before we started the session and during the treatment he was walking me through exactly what he was doing which made me feel very comfortable.

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs or wants to get the hair sorted out as they are really good.

She carried out my PRF treatment and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Emilia took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and showed genuine care and attention to detail.

Nice people make you feel comfortable

I have been going to Este Medical in Leeds for the last 3 months & my experience has been beyond exceptional every time!! Everyone I have met has been knowledge, personable, informative & reassuring. I have been struggling with acne for the last year so I’ve been getting micro needling & chemical peels to control the breakouts and smooth my skin. I have seen noticeable changes in my acne and I can feel my confidence coming back.

The Leeds team are an asset to the group and I continue to look forward to my visits. A special shoutout to Emilija, Nicole & Emre & everybody else for making me feel so welcome.

After attending Este medical care for hair restoration, this was above and beyond the best decision of my life. As soon as I entered the building I felt completely at ease and every step of the procedures involved were carefully and meticulously explained followed by advice on what to expect in terms of results and the time periods involved.
I had my procedure in November 2024 and by 8-10 weeks started to reap the rewards and continue to improve day upon day. I am attending Este on a weekly basis for LLT and monthly for PRF. Azar… the lady who looks after you post procedure isamazing and she will look after you throughout, take photos, and maintain weekly checks for hair health and growth. This is essential for peace of mind and that real aftercare feeling. This is well documented and recorded over the weeks and months so the results are there for you to see before your eyes.
I am overjoyed with the professionalism of este and would recommend to anybody thinking of hair restoration. The clinic is top drawer in every aspect.
