I’ve now had 2 sessions with EHT. I had my first session is August 2024 to get my hair line done and my second session was in June 2025.

Both times Omid was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to converse over WhatsApp by text and voice messages with ease and was able to make me feel very well looked after.

The actual experience on both days was great. I have no bad things to say. The team were very kind and helpful and explained every step with me as they went along. Both sessions were around about 6-8hrs with a break if needed and they were always accommodating.

Very competitive prices which include the hotel and transport to/from the airport and clinic. All very friendly and helpful. Had to get air travel separately but all in all still much cheaper than getting it done in the UK where I live.

Medication was given along with great instructions on how to treat your head for the first 10 days. Aftercare has been amazing and all done via WhatsApp.

I won’t lie, the first week after the op is tough. Sleeping is uncomfortable and sometimes your head can feel very itchy and it’s hard not to scratch! But it’s all worth it in the end.

Anyone who is thinking about it, don’t wait any longer! I wish I’d done this sooner!

I couldn’t been happier with the care I’ve received from Esthetic hair of turkey. The staff was friendly and answered my questions from the initial contact up to now. Omid was prompt in answering my concerns and sometimes even with the time difference he still answers after hours. The clinic staff was also excellent and guinely cares for the outcome. Everything was explained to me. Everyone to the driver that picks us up from the airport was excellent. I highly recommend them to friends and Family or to whoever needs hair transplantation.

I had a very positive experience with Esthetic Hair Turkey (EHT). I traveled from the U.S. for a DHI hair transplant with PRP, and after getting quotes from multiple providers, I found that EHT was the most cost-effective while still offering excellent value for the money paid.

From the beginning, my coordinator Ahmad was outstanding — clear, responsive, and patient in answering all my questions. He helped organize the full experience including airport pickup, hotel stay, and clinic appointments, which made the trip very smooth and stress-free.

The clinic was modern and well-equipped, and the medical staff were professional, kind, and attentive. The DHI + PRP procedure was handled with care, and I felt I was in good hands the whole time. They walked me through every step during the procedure and gave detailed aftercare instructions, along with the necessary post-op supplies.

It’s now been a week since the procedure, and the recovery is going well — minimal discomfort and clear signs of proper healing. I’m looking forward to seeing the results over the coming months.

It took me a while to find this place but as soon I met Mr Serkan for a casual consultation meeting my heart felt at peace.

He was professional, transparent and laid back when answering my concerns. He explained everything clearly and gave me all the options available. I was on a budget and he understood that.

I ended up having more transplanted grafts which was great news but more time in operation. It was worth it.

It's only been 4 months now and nobody knows it's actually hair transplant. It looks so natural and it's only getting better.

I'm so pleased and I would sincerely recommend EHT. These guys are amazing.

Omid started out being polite and provided all of the canned responses to my questions, but it all went down hill after I asked to speak with a doctor. He offered to set up an appointment, I told him when I was available. We set up a time, then it was all up to me. I asked him to have his superior call me, and they refused. He was too busy to call me. It was up to me to make the contact. I kept asking him to have him call. They refused and Omid came up with an excuse that the Dr does not always check his phone. If that is the case, why would I be calling him. That is when Omid decided to become rude and accusatory. Very sketchy that the Dr could not call me when an appointment has been set with ridiculous excuses being given. You can't trust people that are unwilling to speak with you.

This people make me sick.

Esthetic Hair is just a name and not an entity. The operation will be done by EHT clinic which started to operate only in 2022. Look at all the reviews here and the response of the clinic to my review saying that they operated 50.000 times like they are selling kebabs.

On paper they make it appear that they are your contractual partner which is not the case.

Eht clinic is your contractual partner.

Eht clinic will not give you an invoice. Eht clinic will not appear on a single document. Esthetic hair will provide you with a certificate but they are not an legal entity but just a name. After they destroy your life they will just pretend that you have never been there.

Stay away - do some research and avoid this place.

Honest Review Hair Transplant.

I paid €1100 for 3600 grafts. Communication at the start was good (with a third-party agency), but I only got my booking and transport details the night before flying, with no info on Turkish entry requirements. At SAW airport, I had problems at passport control because no one told me I needed an e-visa—very frustrating experience.

The transport and hotel (Great Fortune Spa) were fine. Hotel asked for a €10 deposit for blood stains. Surgery day starts early (you miss hotel breakfast). At the clinic, you fill out medical forms, get photographed, and they try to upsell extra treatments like PRP and UV therapy.

Most staff don’t speak English. When I mentioned my penicillin allergy, the doctor asked me what antibiotics I could take, which didn’t inspire confidence. I later checked and confirmed that cephalosporins aren’t recommended with penicillin allergy—something the clinic should know.

Anesthesia was poorly administered. I felt pain during both extraction and implantation. When I told them, they said “It’s normal” and didn’t act on it. Other patients I spoke to had similar pain experiences. I think they save on anesthesia. Food portions during breaks were small and not satisfying, especially if you hadn’t eaten the night before.

After surgery, they gave me a kit with basic meds, shampoo, and a pillow. The next day I went back for bandage removal. No lunch is provided, and you’re stuck at the hotel if you don’t want to go out post-surgery. The meds are simple: antibiotic, paracetamol, corticosteroid, and stomach protection, nothing special.

On the third day, they bring you very early to the clinic for the first wash and send you straight to the airport—again, no breakfast or time to rest. This felt more like a cost-saving tactic than patient care. The clinic gives you a letter to carry liquids through airport security, but it wasn’t needed at SAW.

Post-op care is lacking. They ask you to send daily photos, but after two days nobody replies. I’m 25 days post-surgery now and haven’t had any follow-up. But results are everything so I’ll maybe update this review based on the results in a few months.

In summary, if you're still debating whether to go for it, the answer is a definite yes—and do it at Esthetic Hair Turkey. I underwent a DHI surgery with stem cell treatment, and my four days in Turkey couldn’t have been better. From the moment I landed and met the transportation coordinator to the final day when another driver dropped me off at the airport, everything was seamless. The pickup times are incredibly precise, so be ready and don’t keep them waiting!

As for the clinic, I can only echo the countless 5-star reviews. You're always accompanied by multiple staff members who guide you through every step of the process, answering any questions you may have. They truly take care of you, and their friendliness makes the whole experience even better—especially since I traveled alone.

This place does NOT have as high a rating as it should. I was so skeptical about doing this procedure at all. But after researching for weeks, I decided to go to this clinic. Though the overwhelming majority of reviews on Trustpilot were good, a couple of poor ones are sometimes enough to make you doubt your entire decision. But I still decided to go with this clinic purely on how the person communicating with me on WhatsApp connected with what I cared about. His name is Omid. THANK YOU, Omid. You are the best! I cannot express to anyone reading this how incredibly responsible and knowledgeable Omid and the rest of the staff and doctors are about this procedure and field. They are nothing if not OBSESSED with perfection, second to their obsession with making you feel welcomed. Now, about the results: On a scale from 1 to 10, the results are definitely a 10+. I'm super happy with the results, incredibly natural looking hair. It's like I never had anything done. Another great person was Shahla, the lady who also helped when I got to the clinic, along with Omid. She was amazing. Thank you, Shahla, for being so kind and caring. Now about the doctors; young men, but truly responsible and professional at all times. They asked me if they could play some music while they worked (11 straight hours), of course I said it was not a problem. There were two experiences that were a little painful: one was the shots when giving me the anesthesia, and the other one was saying goodbye to them. Would I recommend them to anyone fearful because they doesn't understand the procedure or what they're getting into? Absolutely. You will be in the best hands.

WROSE place. I still have problems with my scalp from how they did the treatment after a year. And it’s not lifetime guarantee like they clame. After they take your money they don’t care anymore. STAY AWAY from this garbage place

the "doctors" are not doctors they are inexperienced staff. got a beard transplant and they completely botched it then tried to buy me off with £200. STAY AWAY

I was chatting with a doctor before travelling to turkey. Everything was good and they said I can do the hair implants. On the operation day, I am told that they won’t be able to cover the entire area with implants and that I will need to come back one year late. This should have been mentioned before the operation day.
Also, the follow-up assistant in charge of me is very rude and clearly don’t understand that I am client.
After the procedure, you receive a document with what to do and not do. This document is not even reliable as the doctors and follow-up assistants are saying contradictory guidances, even with each other.
Therefore I do not recommend this clinic for hair transplant. I lost my time, money and hair with them.

The contact is fine till the operation. assoon as youre done and there happens something at night or morning. you cant reach out to anyone. theyre unavailable.

at the end of the operation theyre all rushing home and you will be left with a non English speaker for any further questions.

I highly recommend this clinic.
The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly and the aftercare is very informative. I would especially like to thank Yasmine, the medical coordinator, for her professionalism and nurturing demeanor. She was very detail oriented.

Excellent all around!

I had booked an appointment previously which I had to cancel last minute due to my flight being cancelled.

I was being looked after by Ahmad over the phone who was amazing in rescheduling my appointment at a later date.

I had amazing transport in a VIP car between my hotel and the clinic which was extremely punctual.

After the surgery I am still in contact with Ahmad incase I need any advise for aftercare etc…

I would 100% recommend this company for anyone looking for a hair transplant as the treatment for myself was above and beyond

Don't recommend.
Their 5 star hotel is less than 3 star.
Then comes to the service. It was awful, and the Technicians were clearly not adequately trained.
The only did the front of my head leaving me bold at the back. This would require another intervention.
