I decided to visit this clinic based on recommendation, as I saw the results of friends about a year after the procedure. I traveled to Turkey alone, and I can only say that everything is completely organized when you land by plane. Anything i needed was arranged immediately. The operation was at a very high level and the entire staff was extra friendly. Special thanks to Imen Za! She arranged everyhing and accepted me at the clinic.Don’t hesitete to choose them.

I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had with Esthetic Hair Turkey regarding a hair transplant procedure I was scheduled to undergo. Despite my initial inquiry for stem cell hair therapy and providing detailed photographs for assessment, the clinic advised me to pursue a hair transplant instead, promising better results. However, upon my arrival at the facility, I was surprised by the proposed adjustment to the treatment plan, which aimed for a lower coverage percentage than initially discussed.

Throughout the consultation process, there was a lack of transparency and clear communication regarding the discrepancy between the initially proposed treatment and the subsequent recommendation. Despite explanations provided, I remained unconvinced of the necessity and potential impact on the aesthetic outcome.

Furthermore, while I understand the clinic's policy regarding refunds for cancelled procedures, I must express my disagreement with the assertion that the cancellation was solely based on my personal assessment and preferences. It was primarily a result of the discrepancy between the initially proposed treatment plan and the subsequent adjustment, which led to a loss of confidence in the clinic's ability to meet my expectations.

In light of these concerns, I kindly requested a reconsideration of my refund request. However, the clinic failed to address my dissatisfaction adequately, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided.

Overall, my experience with Esthetic Hair Turkey was deeply disappointing, characterized by a lack of transparency, clear communication, and accountability. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience, and I urge others to exercise caution when considering treatment with this clinic.

Firstly, they didnt let me know I was going to be put in another hotel, I found out only when driver took me to completely different location.Drivers dont speak english. I had my HT back in 2023. I have poor results after 6 months of hair transplant and not sure if it will get better. My crown area looks still bald, because they didn't put enough crafts on that area and the front and from a above is patchy and thin. I feel like everyday the hair is thinning and not thickening. The surgeons didn't speak english at all, which was hard to communicate with them. I wouldn't go to EHT again. Not happy with my results.

I got a hair transplant and the process was smooth and great, the consultation was great as I got all the questions I had answered and felt confident going into the operation

I had my hair transplant in September 2023. I was collected from the airport upon arrival and taken to the airport before departure. I upgraded the hotel as part of my package and a friend joined me for support. I was very tense and apprehensive prior to the procedure. The result was my main concern.
I was given aftercare directions which I followed and am now 6 months post-transplant. I'm absolutely thrilled with my result. The hair transplant has completely changed my life in more ways than I could've imagined. This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m very grateful to the people at the clinic who helped make this incredible improvement in my life.

My name is Ahmad i had hair transplant procedure last week and want to talk about my experience. The transport and hotel service were good enough for me i was pleased and didn't have to ask for change of rooms ( i was a little bit afraid when i arrived from some comments talking about the hotel ) fortunately it was great . The clinic was clean and the personal was very professional and welcoming, i had consultation with yasmine she was very informative and gave me all the attention any patient needs that day , i would like to thank negar as well she was my medical consultant she gave me all necessary informations and instructions. The medical staff even they look young however their good level of experience looks in the way they do the surgery . Im still in Istanbul having my washes there !

Very good experience I had with them, it was top notch from beginning until the end, clinic itself is very luxury, super clean and hygienic. The team and the doctor was very caring about my needs and they did an excellent work on me, life changing experience, can’t thank them enough, you are the best guys.

So i had my operation on the 20/02 seems like these reviews are mainly from people in turkey.

So i would say that the place is clean, professional and is relatively exactly what it says it is.

I would of given this 5 stars but on the final day, the driver didnt turn up time was ticking and i potentially could have missed my flight. I had to pay for a taxi too the airport and there was no offer of covering this.

The customer service side is what im aiming at, if esthetic hair turkey worked on this it would improve the overall functionality.

But i will end this review on a positive, the staff were decent, the clinic itself is probably cleaner than a uk hospital and i work in the nhs.

I know 3 people who have used this company with good results.

This was hands on the amazing experience from the moment we came to Istanbul. Negar was amazing from the moment i texted you, she was so helpful and accommodating with everything, very professional, fast to reply and she literally did everything for us. Team from EHT organized our pickup at the airport to the hotel and it was a smooth ride, very comfortable. The day we arrived to the clinic we were greeted by absolutely amazing Yasmine who explained the process very thoroughly and prepared me for the surgery. The whole hair transplant process was painless and time flied. After care was also great and all the steps were explained to me very carefully and in details. I would like to mention Yasmine again as she made us feel special, comfortable and I have never experienced so much positive energy from a person like with her. Absolute treasure in the clinic. I cannot express how grateful we are and we hope to be back to Istanbul ever for holidays only. 3 weeks after the surgery now and my healing process is on point, everything looks great and can't wait for my hair to grow. I had a consultation over WhatsApp and decided to go on 22nd March.

Negar was efficient in communication and would answer any questions that I had.

My only issue is the hotel that I stayed at, I’ve had friends who have stayed at hotel Lionel which is a 5 star. I tried to get there but could only go to great fortune hotel which wasn’t the best. I would say to the company to not use this hotel. This is my reason for giving it a 4 star.

I must admit I had my natural concerns coming over from the UK and having an operation but the operation itself went really well and they have enough people speaking English who put you at ease.

There are some parts of the operation such as the anaesthetic which are painful but after 5 minutes it goes numb and you feel ok. The worst part is how long the operation takes, mine was about 8 hours so your back and neck do become sore after a while but the operation itself when the anaesthetic is in is not painful.

Yasmin was fantastic and is very helpful post operation, checking in, giving advice and letting you know the care required when you are back home.

The communication and pick ups were always early and on time so thank you negar for organising that.

All in all I’m very happy and can’t wait to see the final results. Thank you !

The process is very long. From the start of the process, I was in contact with one of the assistance. I was referred to this program by a friend who also had positive reviews. The assistant made the journey and the set up fairly easy. From the day that I came to the day of the surgery, everything was set up. Once I came into the clinic, I spoke with Yasmine. She was one of the doctors who wrote down the process thoroughly and answered any other questions that I had. Throughout the whole process, she was checking up after me and looking after me as well. She was one of the brightest spots of this process. Thank you for that. The surgery itself is grueling. It is about 6 to 7 hours, depending on the amount of graphs that you have in your head. One thing to know is that I requested anesthesia or sedation and was told that it would put me to sleep throughout the whole process. Now this sedation was very expensive. it was about $550. This price was worth it if I was able to sleep through the whole process and wake up with minimal pain. The anesthesia works perfectly for minimizing the pain around the head while the surgery is going on but staying awake for six or seven hours in a bed with little to no movement was excruciating. Me and the medical assistant had a conversation about the sedation. However, once the surgery started, and the sedation was given to me, I woke up after an hour. I was very displeased with this. I talked to the assistant about this, and there was no resolve. Another thing to know that there are many people within the clinic itself. I never got to meet my assistant. The day of the surgery when it was time to pay for everything, including the hotel that was booked for me, some of the people in the clinic were responsible for taking the payment messed up on the hotel stay. I spoke with my assistant before coming and showing all of the flight information and the duration of the state. However, there was some kind of miscommunication ever and during the day in the hotel, the manager called me and told me that it was time for me to check out two days before my actual check out date. They told me that Clinic only booked it for these days. After speaking to the assistant on the phone, we had a small back-and-forth, but he ended up fixing the error after sometime, and I received the check out date that was initially written. I would recommend for the clinic to make sure these type of inconveniences are minimalized going forward with other patients.

I did my hair trnsplant two months ago.
Very satisfied with the results, the staff was very friendly and i was under the assist of Edona, she has helped me over the whole procedure being precise with texting and answered on the time everytime i texted.
If you want to do a hair transplant ask for Edona as an assistant.
She has assisted me even after the surgery.

Did a transplant 2 years ago. Tried to schedule a second transplant in a different clinic but was rejected due to massive scarring on top of my had. Unfortunately, the doctors in EHT clinic destroyed my hair.
