Scam, never received the item. No contact with the company.

If I could provide a 0* I would, placed a large order for lights and the order never came. I chased the company several times and received no response. Please don't use this website!

Another scam story. Wish I had checked this site first. Ordered a lamp as a house warming gift on Jan 15th/25. My friends had already bought their own so I cancelled the order. Was charged the $148 for the lamp but received a famous Kimberley e-mail saying the refund was being processed. As of July 17th, no lamp, no refund. Total scam company!

Paid for 2 light fittings. Never arrived. Customer services stung me along until I hit the 120 day visa refund limit (I thought it was a longer period) at which point they ghosted me.
100% fraudulent company.

I spent $700NZD on a light fitting. It never arrived and when I contacted the customer service department I was strung along for months, with the promise of a refund that never transpired. I wish I had checked trust pilot beforehand. It looks like this company is a scam.

Ordered light 24th January 2025.
Heard and received nothing, now website not available.

Scam website - do not order! I ordered silk pillowcases in November. After 3 weeks they gave me tracking number and quoted me another 45days for delivery. Waited and waited. Contacted the company and was reassured it was on the way but long delivery times. In January I asked for a refund as it was past the 45day delivery period. The company is no longer replying to my emails. It is now April and no refund and no item. Complete scam avoid, avoid, avoid.

Order placed in November 2024. Several rounds of excuses later lights didn't arrive. Requested a refund - three times so far and of course, no reply. Avoid this company

I ordered 2 lights in September 24, which I have never received, and have had odd answers to my many emails but they now have stopped answering me.

I ordered a lamp shade that was taking weeks and weeks to arrive. When I requested to cancel the order and get refund they agreed which I was pleasantly surprised with, but the refund never came and they stopped answering my emails. Avoid, it's definitely a scam website.

I ordered a product on 11 October.
After a month, I was told that the product was being delivered.
After 2 months, the same thing happened.
In February I asked for a refund, but no response.
Today is 2 April and I have received neither product nor refund.
Thuggish methods.

Linen sheets $200+ never arrived

Do not buy anything from here. It is a complete scam. I wish I had have read these comments before purchasing. Will now try and get my money back through VISA. How can people do this to others??

If I could give a score of 0, I would. This site is a SCAM. I ordered lamps in September and received a fake tracking number a month after placing my order. The only way to contact the company is by email, and it takes them three months to reply. When you ask for a refund—silence. I had to go through VISA to get my money back. I should have checked the reviews before ordering. NEVER buy from this site!!!!!

They owe me around $70 from soap dishes they did not delive saying they were lost in transit TWICE! After many emails with intermittent replies, they no longer show having a website! IT WAS A SCAM STORE! I got one item I ordered, but am out the rest.
I’m never going to have faith in a random online store again until I thoroughly check them out!

Months in the making and one of the items was completely wrong. No response to emails, so yes this company is scamming people. Website down but still sending emails. We should pursue directors who are perth based so they dont start another scam
