Ordered an item in early Nov hoping it would arrive by early Dec. After 14 days I emailed, noting it had still not been shipped. After 21 days (and no response), I emailed again, requesting a cancellation of the order and full refund (within their 30-day refund policy). On day 31, the order was shipped, despite this request - I emailed again, noting that I had requested a cancellation in writing. On day 37, they finally replied to my third email, saying it was now too late, and that they were unable to cancel, in clear breach of their own advertised policies. Do not buy from this vendor.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Literally the worst company I've ever bought from. They'll take your money and never send out the package. I got refunded in the end but my order was delayed by 3 MONTHS!! DO NOT FALL FOR THE LOWER COSTS, it's not a genuine site.

Ordered pendant lights 4 weeks ago, still showing as "preparing order" in Shop Pay. I've emailed them several times requesting an update, then to cancel my order but have had no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THE REVIEWS ON WEBSITE AREN'T LEGIT! Shame I didn't read the other reviews on this site first.

Took my money and haven’t heard a thing from them since. This was a few weeks ago. Emailed twice, no response. I’m so cross I didn’t look at reviews, the website was so professional- lesson learned!!

Order a decanter for my brothers wedding anniversary. 2 months later it still has not arrived. I have reached out multiple times. Response is always “sorry for the delay.” I have requested a refund 3 times. I am reporting to the BBB.

SCAM!!!! 10 weeks later and product still not received after “unexpected delays”. Cancelled order was told that refund would be sent in 5-7 business days. 3 weeks later and nothing. After no answer from them for 2 weeks, got the “our payment system is having issues” response. I will never get this refund. This company is a scam. If you value your hard-earned money DO NOT order from Estilo Living. RUN AWAY!

10 weeks later I’m still waiting for my delivery. They asked me to give it another 10 days but shipping info hasn’t updated for well over a month. Absolutely rediculous and no contact from them.

Months of mucking me around and lying - The worst company Ive ever had to deal with. Will be reporting them to the commerce commission. Massive scam. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company.

I ordered pendant lights for my business over 2 months ago and when my tracking info was sent over there was an ‘error’. I got one response back from an employee that was vague and not helpful and since then they have gone radio silent. I wish I would have looked up reviews about this company because it is a total scam. DO NOT USE.

A truly appalling experience. Delayed delivery, delayed and inappropriate responses to my contact attempts, even a fake AusPost tracking number was provided!
Currently sitting with my bank as a charge back request. I regret not searching for reviews before ordering!

I cannot give less than 1 star or I would. This Company is so awful. No one should use them. We didn't realise goods came from China or we wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole. We bought two light fittings. We had to chase and chase to get them. When they arrived they were not fit for purpose. Ie they were made defectively. We complained they offered replacements. We waited 2 months whilst they gave excuses as to why replacements hadn't arrived. We then asked for a refund and since them we have been ignored. Use this Company at your peril.

Haven't received any items, nor any response to my emails. Wish I had read the reviews first - is this just a fraud/scam?

I spent $600 (on sale) on some bedside tables well over 2 months again that never arrived.

Emails saying there was a delay, then another delay then the package was "lost". Now they are ignoring me.

I so wish I'd read reviews first.

Worst online shopping experience of my life.

BEWARE thankfully I used paypal and got my money back. purchased waited a month was told my shipment was "lost" even though I never got a tracking. I asked for a refund and got sent a another shipping tracking number that just never worked they lied saying they checked and parcel is in transit but the tracking some times doesn't work but their "agents" are looking after it. . after three months of asking for a refund I lodged a paypal claim then Estilo emailed and told me unfortunately the were out of stock so if I cancel my paypal claim they will refund instead LOL. I kept my claim and got my paypal refund.

Horrible experience . Placed order and after 2 weeks heard or seen nothing . Contacted them and they blame it on delivery service and says it late . 2 weeks later , which is a month now . Nothing . Not even an email , nothing ! Caller credit card and had charge reversed . Don’t order from here unless you want to spend all your time wondering where your order is . No one cares !

Scam alert!
I ordered a light fitting on 25/10 and it has not arrived and the tracking number they’ve provided is “not found” on Aus Post and the courier link they’ve provided.
They haven’t replied to my last email informing them the tracking doesn’t work or my follow up seeking a response and it’s clear I’ve been scammed and ghosted. Trying to cancel the transaction through my bank. Their website looks legit but I wish I had googled “is estilo dodgy” before checking out 🫠

Be very careful, we ordered 2 lights months ago, sent me a fake tracking number for Australia post after I followed up about not receiving any confirmation of package being sent. As per their policy it says that if you haven’t received your item within 40 business days they will issue a refund. It’s now lapsed that time frame and no contact received from customer service after multiple attempts to reach them. No contact information other than an info@ email address. After reading other reviews we are convinced they are a scam/fraudulent company. They delete every comment off Facebook page as well.
Avoid at all costs!

I ordered couch covers over two months ago. They still haven’t arrived. It’s becoming absolutely ridiculous. I have no idea where these guys are located but DO NOT purchase from them. Overpriced and you may or may not receive your products 2-3 months later.

Absolutely insane. I’ve had things delivered from all over the world. Thailand, China, Cambodia, Japan, America, the UK, France, South Africa…. And they’ve come within a week or couple of weeks.

Honestly it’s the worst purchase I’ve ever made and I STILL haven’t received my purchase. Totally gutted. I live in New Zealand.

They honestly do NOT care when you email them and give the same response each time.

Now I’ve found out they are actually drop shipping Temu items. At least if I’d ordered from Temu my covers would have arrived 6 weeks ago.

I’m beyond disappointed with this fraudulent company and they should be taken down.

100% FRAUD. This update of my previous review offers nothing good. Dog bed ordered 9/23/24 for $102.36. Three weeks later, no dog bed, no customer service, no response. Finally, sorry, we don't have that bed. I canceled the order immediately. FOUR WEEKS later, I still do not have a refund. They told me they were having technical difficulties with the return (b--sh--). Now they won't respond to me at all (I only have some generic email address). BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
