WARNING: This website is a scam, Please stay away!!!

This website is a scam. I don't know why Indian Government allow third party websites like this look alike a government website where as these are private websites where they charge three times more than the listed govt fees :-(

We don't get any special service for the extra fee.

I paid USD 295 where as the actual fee for this visa category is USD 85.

I want to raise an official complaint on this website, but not sure where should I do so.

Charges high fee for nothing - scam

It is just a fee charging company.
Some facts:
Visa cost in etaindiaonline is 135 USD and normal processing time 4-7 business days

Visa cost in the government site is 50 USD and processing time is 72 hours what equals to 3 days.

The company claims that they refund the money but if you read their refund policy it says that at least government fee will not be refunded and that means that if you use official site or their service you at least pay 50 USD.

Don't know if any other refund will succeed since the policy is written in a twisted way.
