This will now be the 3rd Eternal Clear wand that has stopped working:( I love the wand but they just don't last.This particular one started shorting out 4 months in. When turning the dial up the wand quits once you reach the 3rd to last highest level and has now completey quit after 7-8 months. I've purchased 2 other brands of wands in between the 3 Eternal Clear wands, they did last longer but I didn't feel they produced as good of results as Eternal Clear's wand. I see such a difference from using the wand. Helps significantly with fine lines and winkles with consistant use. I can see immediate result in inflamation and puffiness. It's a love hate. The search is still on for a quality device that can hold up to the results it produces.

Been using the Aloe cream for years never had a problem untill now my last lot is colourless as if it's got no aloe in it and that's what I buy it for so may have to shop around in future

Purchased 2 weeks ago. it hasn’t shipped & they won’t answer emails or social messages. Their ig hasn’t been updated in ages, maybe they are out of business? I will refute the purchase with my bank.

I have placed my order on 6th June and still has not arrived yet. They do not answer my emails at all.
I never ever gonna buy anything from them. Of course I have not gotten my money back. Ridiculous company.

Should've read Trustpilot first... Arrived late and requested a refund for delivery fees. Got a return until I asked for a refund. No news since then... after multiple emails.

My parcel didn’t arrive - it was sent return to eternal clear. They keep promising a refund to my credit card everytime I write to customer service, but the money hasn’t shows up in 3-4 MONTHS! I have written many times - They owe me around 150 dollars. That is a LOT OF MONEY TO STEAL FROM ME!

I was hired by eternal clear to create content on my social media platform and I did my job and they never paid me. I did use the products and they were good but the company itself is unethical.

I got the rose gold anti aging serum and I love it. Not only does it make my skin look great, but the stylish pump also makes my bathroom look great. It’s easy to use and I haven’t used many products from a company that so clearly state the benefits of the main ingredients the way Eternal Clear does.

Eternal Clear has been the best for my sensitive skin. I’m highly satisfied with the serum and neon wand. They have also provided me with excellent customer service.

I’ve used multiple wands in the past but nothing compares to this one. Eternal Clear is by far the best product for my skin and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my skin since starting to use it.

One of the best products to use. I have really bad acne and dry skin, but after using this product It started to clear up faster than my prescribed medication. I have always struggled with bad skin but I finally found something that works for me! Customer for life!!!

I purchased one of their high frequency wands last May and it’s stopped working. No current runs through any of the attachments. When I contacted their support I was told that because it’s not within the first 90 days there’s nothing they can do to help. Very low quality product and extremely terrible customer service. Buy a wand elsewhere. Believe the bad reviews.

I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before buying from this company. Long story short: I bought the high frequency wand, which arrived (after paying some customs charges that were never mentioned), but never worked. I sent an email to Eternalclear providing proofs of the fact that the product wasn't working and the agent (who is by the way, always the same one I've seen in other reviews, so it must be an alias) said they would replace it. After that, they stopped replying to my emails and only resumed communication when I opened a request with PayPal. Last thing they said in this communication is that for customs reasons they couldn't deliver the item to my country (nonsense, as they delivered it the first time) and they offered to ship to another country, if I had an address there (!). As I have no time to waste chasing them, I escalated the case to PayPal and waiting for my refund now. Complete scam! Don't ever ever buy from them!

I purchased a high-frequency therapy kit last year and I am still waiting for it. I wrote to the support team inquiring about it and they took off all responsibility and said I should contact the local post. I did, and the tracking number the company provided me for the local post was not registered. I contacted them back asking for a refund and they said they couldn't give me one until the pack would be sent back to them. So basically, no one knows where the pack is and when is being sent back, while I am staying without money, and without the product. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM. At least not if you are outside the US.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Faulty, scam of a product and they would not issue a refund. They ignored my repeated requests for a working phone number to speak to someone (their number does not work, their street address is not real). Incredibly poor service. The agent was dismissive and ignored my emails. The product itself is a complete scam and waste of money. Do not buy!!

Edit: the company did contact me and issued a full refund. Albeit this took over 6 months and only when I posted this review did any action happen.

For the moment 1 star. The device stopped working after the 6th use. It took a while to arrive and then I had to pay 11 euros extra for import taxes which was an unexpected extra expense. I will update my review if they get back to me with a repair/replacement/refund situation.

Don't buy from this company! I made an order on November 28, 2021 and received it on February 9, 2022. I thought that I had been scammed!

I wrote to them after waiting 3 weeks, telling them I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. They told me that I would need to pay the cost of the shipping, even though it hadn't been shipped yet.

Disgusting customer service. Avoid buying rom this company!
