I bought the Eternal Rose Box on the 8th of November 2024 and have not heard anything yet from the company despite sending multiple e-mails. The e-mail account is ends @gmail.com and that prove to me that this is not a professional company. I spent $44.99 and will never see that money back. Do not buy from this website. It is a scam despite being marketed on Instagram.

Scammers!!!! My husband bought and ordered a beautiful heart necklace for me nearly 2 months ago as a surprise and still nothing! They haven’t answered any of his emails either!

I ordered something nearly 4 weeks ago and have not received an update. They have now stopped responding to my emails. This is ridiculous and I will report as fraud.

Scamming company!

I purchased a canva 21/11 and the website informed me that I would receive the shipment in 4-7 days.

I wrote them a week later, and was told it wasn’t even made yet.

They said it would take another 4-6 days to make and another 4-7 days to ship.

Looking at their website, they still promise that you will receive the canvas in 4-7 days.

Now we’re 3 weeks in, and I have nothing.

They haven’t replied to my latest mail from the 5/12 and I haven’t received anything.

Stay away from these scammers!

The necklace itself is beautiful, when I received it the chain was so knotted. Maby fix the chains better in the packaging other than that beautifully crafted

You need to make it clear that your canvases come in cm not inches,i was sorely disappointed with the size.

Found picture on facebook and worried with the postal address sent a message to you and you replied straight away and fixed it up. Thank you it was a beautiful surprise anniversary present.

My package just got returned to the sender and I wonder why ?

The quality of the print good, but the quality and thickness of the wooden frame not that good.
