Julien Bam would be really dissapointed…
Julien Bam would be really dissapointed in the quality of his own products. We ordered two sweaters here and the problem already started when we did not receive one of them plus some items they would add for free. The problem then started with the delayed sweater being damaged upon arrival. The support staff was really unhelpful and did not properly read my request and send a replacement even though it was not was we requested. Then the missing sweater arrived, once again with severe damage to the stitching. I would really not recommend these products (at least not the stitched sweaters) as there seems to be a lack of quality control and both of them arriving damaged is a no-go. I hope that we are fully compensated for both items.
