Negligent repair with new damage

I sent my laptop for repair through Notebooksbilliger, and the service provided by HP was completely unacceptable. My device was returned to me with new easy to notice defects.

Here is the "quality" of work I received:
- Negligence: One of the two Wi-Fi antenna cables was left completely unplugged inside the machine, I was wondering why my WiFi so poor, but when I checked the pin (1) was not inserted.
- Defective Parts: They replaced my motherboard with another defective one, the HDMI port is broken, and the screen now shows intermittent red lines that weren't there before, and specifically the HDMI that shows that the most basic tests weren't even made.
- Physical Damage: The laptop frame/chassis was returned with visible physical damage on the corner, while this could potentially be something I didn't notice I'm very very careful with what I own, I don't even use a phone case.

It is clear that no Quality Assurance (QA) or basic testing was performed before shipping the unit back to me. To be sent a "repaired" device with internal cables disconnected and a faulty motherboard is a joke.

I am extremely disappointed with HP’s service standards. If you value your hardware, stay away.

PC was sent to another country and lost there

I have ordered one of the most expensive Desktop and Monitor on HP Germany official website for my kid Birthday. I ordered it 8 days before event, with a confirmation that staff will arrive in 2-3 days.
My Monitor arrived in 2 days as promised and it was fine.
But my PC was sent without any clear reason to Austria. Then it was lost for a week there arrived me already after my Son's birthday in bad conditions: Package was opened and damaged, PC was obviously taken out from the box and put back.
I do not what happed to PC in these two weeks.
I have contacted HP support 7+ time and no clear reasons, actions and next steps.

I am quite unhappy with all these experience.

Well experience

I have now purchased my fourth laptop from HP. I am also very satisfied with my new laptop, especially because it comes with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled. As always, I ordered online, which of course went smoothly.

Professional returns process / helpful service

Every company can sell products in the internet. But how good is the returns process? I bought a perfect HP Elitebook Laptop and a monitor. The monitor was the wrong model, because it hadn’t the feature to be connected for working and loading the laptop with one single USB-C cable. I returned the monitor. HP sent me all necessary papers for returning it. I had access to the status of the process and a few days later the money was back on the creditcard. With the help of the chat with the service i ordered the correct monitor, two days later i connected it with the laptop. It‘s fun to work with this equipment and a clean desk. Well done, HP. Keep going.

HP is very hard

HP is very hard, if at all to be reached by phone. And if, SERVICE is lousy.
Their products may be good, but customer service -only chat=NOGO- or only online= NOGO.
