I ordered a box of eternity roses from The Giftery & Co London and the product itself is absolutely outstanding. The roses are beautiful, perfectly arranged, and the box feels very premium and luxurious. You can immediately see the attention to detail and high quality.

The best part for me was my wife’s reaction – she was genuinely speechless and loved them. That moment alone made this purchase worth it and I would definitely buy from them again.

The only downside was the delivery, which was handled by Royal Mail, not the company. The item was dispatched a day earlier because Royal Mail doesn’t operate on Sundays, and despite requesting delivery to a parcel shop, that instruction wasn’t passed to the driver. This is clearly a Royal Mail issue rather than the seller’s fault.

That said, the product arrived in perfect condition and the company itself delivered exactly what they promised – a luxury, high-quality gift that made a real impact.

Highly recommended for the product and presentation. Just be aware that Royal Mail’s service may not always match your expectations.

Was sent an email saying I’d receive a discount if I put up a review on Google & trustpilot which I did and I never received any money back. I even emailed them and they never replied. Which I think is pretty bad. On the upside the product was good hence why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

These guys are great. They have some amazing products and I’ve bought 4 of the bears in the last 16 months for family members. EVERY single one was so happy. The quality of the the rose and the pricing are top quality. Great customer service. I strongly recommend people to shop here. You won’t be disappointed I promise.
