Product as described and website easy to use
The website was easy to use. Swatches of material were sent quickly. When I ordered the chairs they were very forthcoming on time it would take to receive. When the items did ship, they contacted me for dates to deliver and delivery was professional and on time.

My Mario Bellini sofa is the sofa of my dreams. It's sleek, stylish and yet timeless, comfortable, and beautiful to the touch. Eternity Modern made my first time ordering a custom piece of furniture a breeze. Customer service was so friendly, receptive, and patient. My sofa came in 3 months!

We renovated our 9th floor condo and…
We renovated our 9th floor condo and needed some sleek, comfortable chairs for our new dining table and ordered six of Eternity Modern's tulip chairs. They took a couple of weeks longer to arrive than initially expected, but EM's team kept us updated and answered our questions along the way. The White Glove delivery team was great, and the chairs look beautiful. We were very pleased with EM's customer service AND product, and have recommended that friends use them as well.

EMPTY PROMISES, THEY DONT HAVE THE IN STOCK ITEMS THEY SHOW ON THE WEBSITE
I placed my first in stock order with eternity modern only to find out by checking my order status that it was not actually in stock. There was no communication on this. I reached out and was gaslit and told “this never was in stock but it is available to be made to order”. So I checked their website to see what else was in stock and ready to ship and luckily they had the couch I wanted in a smaller size. I confirmed with them that it was in stock and was told yes and that it will ship in 5-7 days (I have screenshots lol). Again I checked my order status to find out that was not true. I tried to be patient and work through the problem only to be ignored. I was told multiple times someone would call or email me (they had my account and email attached to the account and multiple emails from me). “We did contact you but YOU typed in your email wrong in the live chat.” If you were following up on my order, wouldn’t you refer to the order number and the (correct) email attached to that order, as well as the multiple emails I sent? What about a call back as you promised? The reason we were on such a time crunch is because we are moving abroad on federal orders for the military. Overall this was an awful experience and I’m so disappointed because the furniture is obviously beautiful. They are processing a refund (hopefully this won’t require me to continue to follow up on this as well) but I wasted hours of my own time following up and begging for information they would not provide. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere just for the pure lack of integrity.

Stay away, they can't fulfil what they promise
We ordered two lounge chairs, and the delivery duration was supposed to be ten days.
After 14 days, we checked in and learned that the package wasn't picked up by the courier yet, but it would happen within two days. This conversation went on for another two weeks. It was always the same answer.
We ended up canceling our order. We never received an update; we always had to contact them.
That is a terrible customer experience. They are not able to fulfill what they promise on their website.
Very disappointing, and never again.

I have bough a Ball chair
I have bough a Ball chair, mainly as a decoration, my cat and my daughter are the one who use it the most.
The ball chair started to fall apart after 2 years by gravity alone.
Now useless only good for trash

Grace was very helpful. I was concerned that vegan leather was not an option for the Womb Loveseat, sure research and documented that it was an option. Chair delivered today in “Boucle Wool - Yellow”. Absolutely, 100% perfection. Top quality fabric and build, every curve and measurement exact match to the “Womb Chair” original. I was frustrated at first because shipping and tracking was not what I expected, then I found out why this was such, as I have never seen a delivery from anywhere packaged so well. Was mislead
I reached out to seller before I purchased online with Wassily chair with cowhide . I was concerned if panels were all cowhide . They emailed me back stating all panels were cowhide . They stated I could return and was not defective . So looking at return policy means I would not get crediting for shipping and would have to pay myself to send back . I get it if purchased online and buyer beware but I did reach out before I bought .

The Wassily Chair you received is not defective - you may see on our site that the cowhide does not line the underside and the bottom of the chair. The underside of the straps are made of PU leather to ensure that they are able to hold weight when it's sat on, while preserving the chair's beauty and durability which cowhide by itself, cannot offer. Low quality veneer.... EM doesn't stand by their products
We ordered the Piper Fluted Natural Wood Round Dining Table. After only six weeks the veneer on the edges and all around the underside was chipping, peeling, and bubbling.
The response from EM was that the veneer isn't covered by the warantee, keep it out of direct sunlight, the table still functions as a table, and offered to send a new top for a significant shipping charge.
This table is hardly worth the price EM is charging for the low quality and poor customer service.

Wood veneer is organic so it will expand and contract with temperature/humidity changes in your environment, and we have provided you with several recommendations on how to best maintain the table accordingly. A shipping charge for the replacement is applicable, and the rate comes directly from our carrier, we do not mark up the shipping costs.
