A wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. Hristos was incredibly patient as we had many changes along the way. Every stage of the order, production and fitting was clearly explained and meticulously carried out. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome and we will be using Eterno for our next upcoming window project!

We are really pleased we choose Eterno. We went with alu clad timber windows/doors in green and they are mega. I fell into the usual Pinterest rabbit hole and must have talked to 30+ glazing companies. However, when I sat down with Hristos and team they were professional and extremely knowledgeable - I particularly enjoyed the various technical comparisons they were able to show me vs competitors. The measurement and design process with Deji was quick and simple. The lead time beat our expectations, although still long (but all glazing lead times are long). The installation was super slick and the finished product is awesome. It was a shame that we couldn’t look at an installed set of the window/doors before we ordered but definitely worth taking the leap and we would proudly show them off to others now.

I ordered the beautiful Skyline 78, in Spruce 215, tilt and turn windows, french doors, pivot window and sliding doors, through the UK agent Eterno. Everybody who makes up the Eterno team are fully committed to you, the customer. They are professional, highly knowledgable and easy to communicate with, they are all are super nice people too. Understand that these windows are bespoke made, in Italy, so start your process with the timeline manufacture process in mind. They are Fensa Approved and made to an exceptionally high specification. My windows are stunning. Everyone who comes to my house comments on them.

We recently had our Eterno windows installed. They are fabulous quality and look beautiful. The Eterno team was very possessional and precise in all aspects through designing, quoting, and installing. I did hesitate when giving them a perfect 5 stars because their lead-times are so long. This isn't necessarily the fault of Eterno, but rather the nature of working with Italian based manufactures. We had to wait over 6 months for delivery. So go into it prepared to wait, and you'll be pleased with what you finally get.

The products supplied from Carminati are absolutely fantastic, and the Eterno team made every step of the process very straightforward despite how particular with the details I tend to be. We are in love with the pivot door btw.. I will be looking to using them again both professionally (as an architect) and personally for my own house. Cannot recommend them enough.

We are really pleased that we chose Eterno as our window and door supplier. The larch wood frames are slim, beautifully engineered and finished - bringing warmth and a natural touch to the interior, while the aluminium clad exterior has a neat low profile, which will also make maintenance easier. Our project is complicated, but the team were great to work with throughout. On the nerve racking installation day, the specialist fitters were efficient and thorough. We're really delighted with the results.

I was recommended Eterno by a local group of green building experts as great eco replacements for low profile metal frame doors and windows. Eterno have not disappointed. Their attention to detail during the site visit to specify the doors was excellent and similarly with their installation. The double patio doors themselves are really special. Beautifully designed. You see, feel and hear the quality when opening and closing the doors. Well worth the rather long wait for manufacture. The design really does minimise the frame area and maximise the glass area. Eterno are a pleasure to work with, they responded well to any issues that cropped up and gave good, very detailed advice post installation for attaching eyes for my existing stay hooks. I would strongly recommend Eterno.

We're very happy with our beautiful door and the personalised service we receive from Eterno. Hristos was always very accessible to answer any questions and the team came to check on the final install and provide advice. I will use them again when I get the chance.

Hristos, Momchil and Stela at Eterno have been amazing to work with from start to finish. We initially found them through an internet search for 'slim profile timber windows'. We wanted a product to replace the attractive, minimal windows of our 1960s house, but without the draughts. It seemed that Eterno were thinking along the same lines with their product range, and so it proved. They specialise in bringing high quality products to the UK that would otherwise be unavailable here, and we really liked the Carminati windows they showed us. Communication was always excellent and included personal visits where we could view samples. There was a particular technical challenge in that we wanted to fit sliding windows, as the originals had been, which required some structural work to be done to the window apertures. Eterno assisted us with this, facilitating the exchange of drawings and ideas between us, the builder and the factory. We appreciated the commitment to helping us achieve a solution here.

The installation process itself could not have gone more smoothly. It was fantastic to see the high quality of the timber and aluminium finish as they emerged from their packaging, to see them fitting neatly into the apertures and sliding effortlessly on their tracks.

We did a considerable amount of research on window options before discovering Eterno, including many visits to showrooms and other installations. Nowhere did we see another product to match the level of quality of the Carminatis, and we are extremely pleased with them. We feel as though we have been a partnership with Eterno throughout this process, and we would most sincerely recommend their services to anyone looking for some beautiful new windows.

The evaluation seemed to be more than adequate and straight to the point. I did not see any unneeded "fluff". It identified key environmental and energy consumption issues (as well as some personal habits I could improve) that I hadn't previously considered at all. I do believe that the customised guide could have a noticeable impact on my monthly expenses if I decide to follow through the instructed advice and recommended changes. I'm also quite pleased with the light but still very professional approach exercised by the staff.

Fantastic personalised service. Highly recommend. Quick home survey was followed up with an easy to follow energy report. Highlighted a few areas where I could make savings I hadn't even considered. Looking forward to dealing with again when next making home improvements.
