Easy to order lovely smelling wax melts and candles prompt postage

Service and packaging great would have liked the candle aroma to be a little stronger though

High quality products and excellent customer service

Fantastic customer service! I ordered a gift set and it arrived. Unfortunately one of the candles had broken in transit but the company were very quick to rectify the situation and sent me out another on Monday. I was panicking a bit yesterday as I still hadn’t received the replacement and it was a gift for Christmas. I sent an email to the company, the owner immediately called and apologised for the delay despite it not being her fault. She had posted the parcel on Monday and it seemed there was a delay by the post office due to Christmas. She even offered to courier another to me at her expense and said if I hadn’t received it by Monday she would refund. I received the replacement candle the next day and even before I’d had chance to message, she’d emailed me to check if it had arrived yet! Things happen but that’s what I call excellent customer service. The candles smell great and I will definitely be ordering more in the new year!

Loved the ethics and packaging, so purchased some candles and a Reed Diffuser as Christmas gifts, boy were we impressed when we opened each item as the smells were out of this world !!
