THEIFS!!!!

THEIFS!!!!! I placed an order in the first week of January. When it didn’t arrive for two weeks I sent them my order number, they replied on January 21 saying they’re trying to get this sorted with UPS and it may take up to a week or so. Since then I’ve sent multiple emails and what not, even tried to cancel my order to get a refund. NOTHING. JUST PIN DROP SILENCE. Then I saw the owner’s Instagram post saying she’s shutting the label down, so if you are doing that Ms. Ashcroft then atleast have the decency to return people’s money. I paid $95 USD and now it’s all down the drain.

Where is my refund!?

I have emailed several times now, and I’m still waiting for my refund. I returned my item and received an email to say it was delivered on 15th Jan, it has been over a month and still not refunded. I queried this with customer services and was told there was a delay and to wait 10 days for payment, it has now gone beyond this and still no sign of refund and now my emails are being ignored. This is terrible customer service, complete lack of communication and transparency, I will never be purchasing from this brand again.

No refund

Had an email to say my return had been received on 9th Dec 2024 and I still have not received a refund despite chasing it 3 times. They emailed me to say sorry for the delay and that some refunds had not processed as expected and that they would work hard to resolve it. That was on 6th Feb 2025 and now I have found out the company has gone bust and I will likely not be receiving the refund at all. Would have appreciated some form of communication to explain this without having to find out through Instagram.

Absolutely disgusting it’s classed as theft

Absolutely disgusting , return made and delivered to the company 2 weeks ago , no refund , no reply to emails. If they couldn’t refund they should have at least returned people’s order or not accepted them knowing they was not going to refund . It’s classed as fraud/theft . As delivered to company and she accepted knowing she couldn’t fulfil what she was expected to do , so basically she has stolen my clothes as she processed the returns label for me too. I will take this further I have the owners name it won’t be left like this .

Stole my money

I returned an item on the day that it arrived in December and they never refunded the £96 (3 months later now). They just ignore you and now it says that they have gone bankrupt. I just want my money back, this is so unfair.

Please do not buy from this company!!

Please do not buy from this company!!! I ordered a dress in December which did not arrive. It’s now February and I got a notification to say the company is going to be liquidated. I’m not sure if it’s part of the scam but do not order here. There was zero help with customer service. They have turned off commenting etc and will not respond to DMs.

Missing refund

I returned a dress as I ordered 2 sizes and kept one, which I pre paid postage and it was received by SLA on 9th of December as it was a tracked return. I have not received a refund and it is now February. I have had no communication on my refund. Will my money ever be refunded?

Company is a SCAM! No refund coming!

Company never shipped my goods - said they were having warehouse issues. I followed up for weeks to get a refund - nothing! Got an email today saying company went under and they can’t afford to refund me!!! Didn’t get the clothes and now won’t get my money!! What a JOKE! Influencer who runs it is Sarah Ashcroft. They shouldn’t get away with this. Not cool.

Did the company actually go under because I’m out $550 if so..,,

I bought their sparkly pantsuit a couple months ago. It cost be $89 CAD to import it and it took over a month and a half to get to my place. When it finally did, it was way too big so I returned it. I had to pay for tracked shipping on return (another $89 CAD) and then I just got an email this morning saying that I won’t be receiving a return because the company supposedly went bankrupt. I had already sent back the pantsuit and I’m now apparently out C$350 plus the $200 I paid for importing/shipping… I wish I had known before sending my parcel back because I would’ve just kept the pantsuit and had it tailored. Quite unhappy about this right now.

Refund delivered to SLA on the 2/1/25…

Refund delivered to SLA on the 2/1/25 and emailed after 2 weeks as I hadn’t heard anything. Received email apologising for delay, they received my items back and offered a discount code for the delay. My refund was then being processed through PayPal on the 28/1/25 and was then cancelled. PayPal can’t help me as it is over of the 30 days and I think SLA have done this on purpose so they don’t have to pay out. I have emailed since and am being ignored.

Anyone else who is waiting on an order or a refund recently received an email to say SLA have gone into liquidation????
Is this some sort of sick joke?
So not only did my item NEVER get sent out to me, I’m now not going to get my money back????

I returned two items beginning of…

I returned two items beginning of January, and on January 6th I received confirmation that they were received. I was expecting my refund of £74, but after almost a month, by February 4th, I still hadn’t received anything.

On February 5th, I noticed that new clothing items were being posted on the brand’s Instagram account, and the owner was actively sharing stories and photos of her luxurious lifestyle, as if nothing was wrong. Despite this, my refund was still nowhere to be seen.

I reached out via Instagram DM, both to the brand and directly to the owner, but—unsurprisingly—received no response. I then contacted Customer Support, who told me there had been some issues and assured me they would work on resolving them and process my refund immediately. However, by February 11th, I still hadn’t received anything, so I sent another email, expressing my frustration and demanding my refund immediately. Again, no response.

Shortly after sending yet another email, I received a message from FRP Advisory stating that SLA The Label had ceased trading due to financial difficulties. The email included an FAQ explaining that the company would not be issuing refunds. The only way to get my money back would be to request a chargeback through my bank if I paid by credit card, dispute the transaction via PayPal, or contact Klarna if I used their service. If I had paid by debit card or bank transfer, they suggested contacting my bank, but with no guarantee of a refund.

This is absolutely unacceptable. The brand continued to post new products while knowing they were in financial trouble, and the owner appears to be living lavishly while ignoring customers who are owed money. A company should not accept returns and promise refunds if they are aware of financial difficulties. The lack of communication and accountability is disgraceful.

I am now disputing the charge with my bank and truly hope I get my £74 back. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from brands that operate in such an unethical manner.

NO REFUND NOW COMPANY CAN’T AFFORD TO REFUND

Purchased items in November in their Black Friday sale.. sent a return in December and now mid-Feb and I never received my return. Have now had an email stating the company has gone into liquidation and that returns can’t be refunded due to lack of funds in the company.
Awful way to treat dedicated customers. If there was any risk of not being able to pay back refunds, then the items should not have been available to purchase in the first place.
Company owner does not seem short of money from the lifestyle they portray online.
Horrible way to treat people who have now lost their hard earned money unknowingly.

Still awaiting refund

Company confirmed they received my returned items back on 6th January and they had a backlog of refunds to process. Refund was processed at their end 27th January but I have still not received it. The company does respond to my emails and have said there is an issue with people’s refunds taking longer than usual. Still no refund received after 6 weeks - not good enough.

Serious Concerns Over Deceptive Practices

I placed an order during their recent sale, but my order still hasn’t been fulfilled. The company is now citing stock issues and claiming refunds have been processed, yet many customers, including myself, have not received any refunds. The way they’ve handled this situation raises serious concerns and feels deceptive.

At the same time, their CEO is posting on social media about new marble tables, face masks, and lunches with friends. This contrast between their public image and customer experiences leaves me deeply unsettled.

I remain hopeful that the situation will be resolved soon, but for now, I advise potential buyers to exercise caution.

Absolutely unacceptable returns…

Absolutely unacceptable returns process. I sent my package back 20 days ago and have yet to receive any confirmation or refund. This is completely unreasonable in today's world where returns are expected to be handled quickly and efficiently. I've followed all the steps provided and still—nothing.

This needs to be resolved ASAP. Your lack of communication and delay is beyond frustrating. I won't be recommending your services unless you drastically improve how you handle returns. Please address this immediately!

Used to be a great company

Ordered some items they didn’t fit I returned them paying for the return on their website. I got an email notification accepting the return advising a refund will be processed nearly 10 weeks later still no refund absolutely shocking

Bad quality and no refund after 8 weeks

Bought the Carrie fur coat on pre order in October, received it early December and it was horrible quality - super thin and cheap not worth the price point. Returned it the same day and still don’t have a refund now in early February. Paypal said refund couldn’t be processed from SLA side, had to raise a dispute.
