We had a little problem with one of the gowns out of stock, and also with delivery but customer services were very helpful and polite throughout. The dressing gowns are very nice. I would highly recommend

I have been using this company for a few years to order T-Shirts for my school. The staff have always been great at communication and the products arrive when they say they will, in great condition. One of the many times I ordered a few T-Shirts were missing and the company went above and beyond to ensure we received them the next day for our special event. Thank you

I ordered a selection of long T shirts as Im long in the trunk, great range, just thought Id find one that fitted and lasted then rinse and repeat.
Unfortunately turns out the courier service used is the worst round this part of the jungle / town and after a month I got an email from the company stating parcel returned did I want them to resend. At that point I connected a "you were not at home parcell returned" txt from weeks ago with this order, I replied to the email trumpeting on (who said elephant?) about the courier used asking they use Royal Mail expecting never to see the T shirts. A week later Royal Mail delivered my T shirts! A company that listened! And T shirts perfect medium fit for me, extra length perfect. The range is the best. Ive now doubt that even if your were an Elephant they could still find you a perfect fit.

The quality of the t-shirts we ordered from Ethic Star was fantastic! The printing came out perfectly, and the shipment arrived on time. We'll definitely be back for more!
