Excellent personali zed-t-shirt service and timely delivery

I love the idea of personalised hoodies for a bridal party, but they are so expensive. After a lot of searching to try and find a more cost-effective way of doing it, I stumbled across Ethic Star. I love saving money, but I'm also wary of being scammed, so I cautiously made contact with the company for a quote. Their response was quick and detailed, and I went back so many times with questions, tweaks and product changes that I was fed up with me! Ethic Star, in contrast, could not have been more patient or helpful. Once I was happy with the final mock-up and choices, I placed and paid for my order. It was 12 days between my order being placed and it being delivered - that's 4 adult-sized, individual, embroidered hoodies. The quality of both the product and the embroidery is fantastic, and I essentially got a free, unique hoody compared to getting a pre-designed one from a wedding specialist. I have already recommended Ethic Star to a friend and will be back for my flower girl hoody!

The delivery was delayed, although this was primarily due to the DPD courier company's error. Ethicstar is a nice and dependable provider, however the shipping firm they use, DPD, stinks...!

I found them very hard to deal with errors on emails and my uniforms that turned up where the wrong colour regardless of who was at fault they never tried to solve and i went back to clothes to order, i also collect my goods and it was handed to me in a black sack not even a box won't be using them again .
