Had to go to casino and get my ticket cause YOUR system rejects my card even after I called citicard and they said it should.. Also your search option is shit... had it set for tulsa and for texas hippie collation which is coming up. Well it skips what you want and pulls up 1 show from somewhere else. So now I can't buy a ticket for that. And did search for ZZtop and did the same instead of listing all the shows it just does one totally not even near you... so fine your just gonna loose money

The lady in membership was so nice & explained everything to me . Took the time about the different memberships & also about open enrollment for Oct 7. We see you contacted our support team the day before the event to inform us you had not received your physical tickets. Per the venue's instructions we offered to change your tickets to Will Call pickup but that option was declined. We also provided the venue phone number so that you could reach out directly for their help. We suggest contacting them directly for additional assistance.
