Good selection, fast delivery, resonable prices! Turkish style coffee is not very easy to find, luckily Etnomat had it and also Bosnian coffee - same style, try it!

Products never arrived

Products never arrived, they say it´s DHL:s fault. After several weeks they won´t send a new package and customer service stopped replying when I wanted to cancel my order.

Good products bad delivery

Products are good and happy to find so many things in one place. I had to go a little far from my place to get the delivery, It would be great if you could perhaps send it through Postnord instead of DHL, so I can get it at home.
when it came from DHL, it didnt even ask me where I want the delivery and I had to carry it all the way. Please register Delivery proper.

Bad customer experience

Not only did I have to wait 10 days for the delivery but when it finally arrived, 1 item was missing and 2 were replaced without asking.
Update: I tried to contact Etnomat several times and did not get any reply. Then, after more than two weeks, I received a call from the manager. Regarding my complaint that I had to wait 10 days for the delivery, he said that they do not sell Swedish products and that they have to order products from their suppliers first. All the products that I ordered were "in stock" when I created my order and the delivery time stated on Etnomat´s portal is 2 - 4 days. They are obviously deliberately misleading their customers.
Regarding my other complaint, he said that other customers do not have a problem with getting a replacement for the product they actually ordered ( in my case I got weight loss tea instead of the tea for a cough :D ). I told him that many customers wrote a bad review because of that. His answer was that some people always find a reason to complain.
In the end, I asked to get my money back and, guess what, two weeks passed and nothing happened. I tried to contact them again and still nothing.

Forgot to mention that most of the products I ordered had very short expiration dates. This was a very bad customer experience in every possible way.
