Ordering the correct item seemed to be more of a chore than it should. I think the website could do with an update. When I received the wrong product they were eager to rectify the problem. Communication wasn't the best initially but they dealt with it well in the end.

This is my 5th pair of jeans from ETO. Quality is excellent. I chose these after trying on many of the leading brands but being disappointed for one reason or another. Delivery is within 2 days. They don't have the selection they used to have, but just keep watching as their styles change.

Unfortunate loss of shipment from ETO jeans. Apparently Royal Mail lost my order and wouldn't hold themselves accountable until after so many days. Customer service at ETO were very helpful with this matter even though it wasn't there fault and a new shipment is on the way. Thanks

No jeans for Christmas.
I would like to review this purchase but I still have not received it yet. It was dispatched on the 18th of December and I got a tracking number which still has the package in Heathrow DC.
There has been no further update since then.

i ordered jeans of website which said straight leg,but when arrived was tapered leg the jeans had the right number but wrong leg. i was assured that there wasnt much differenc between straight leg and anti fit leg and as it worked the person for whom they were bought thought they were ok ,i still think the website should be amended and the correct jeans sent out. i did mention when i rang that would they be sending me a free returns if the person i was buying them for didnt like them ,and the guy said as a goodwill gesture he would send me a lable through email or post. its agood job we kept jeans as no label has arrived. i have dealt with eto before with no problems but this time it wasnt so good/
