They initially agreed to refund but then stopped responding completely.

DO NOT USE !!!! They are rip off artists i booked transportation from Cancun airport paid $149 US we arrived no etransfer to be found. Called their hone # they just hung up on us so we had to book different ride for another $180 US we met several other couples that had same thing from etransfer rip off criminals..Finally got a hold of someone from this criminal company much later they said would credit me back in 30 working days. 100 days later no refund wont answer phone.. DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC SCAM COMPANY!!! Wish i checked reviews before we got scammed.. They are P.O.S company...

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! I had pre-booked and paid upfront, flight slightly delayed. First no one was at the Air-Port to meet us Up, then we were told that there were no cars available and that we had to take a much more expensive taxi Double cost. Avoid this company. Not even sure they will pay the refund for a service I never got. Poor customer experience

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
This was hands down the worst transportation experience I have ever had. We booked a mini bus, but they showed up in a tiny MINI car. My wife is 7.5 months pregnant, and this was beyond unacceptable. At 11 PM, we stood outside in Cancún for 45 minutes waiting for them to finally arrive in the same tiny car we never booked.
Their car broke down on the highway, and we were left standing on the side of the road waiting like idiots. We later learned this company is known for not paying their drivers on time, and honestly, nothing about their operation feels even remotely professional.
They lied to us multiple times — about the pick-up time, and even about a supposed “strike,” forcing us to be picked up six hours earlier than needed. Total lie. The streets were empty, the airport was empty, and everything was completely normal.
This company is the worst in the region. Unreliable, dishonest, unsafe, and totally unprofessional.
Do NOT book with them. Ever. This was truly the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Never showed up!

I booked a round trip service from the Cancun airport to my resort for this past September. When I arrived in Cancun I was told that no van would be available for up to several hours. That was unacceptable, so I paid for a cab to take me. I later called them and they apologized and agreed to refund my money. In the 10 weeks since then and despite numerous phone calls to them and their promises to post a refund to my credit card, nothing has been done. I guess they're hoping I give up so they can keep my money. I'm angry enough so that won't happen. Bottom line: be wary of using them because you may not get the service you pay for and may have to fight to get a refund.

Scammers

Scammers! All the reviews that say the driver never showed and you can’t contact their customer service or get a refund are spot on. Their MO is to take your money upfront, provide friendly communication on WA right up to the point where your flights lands and then not send a driver, not answer your calls and ghost you. They also won’t give a refund for the return trip and they refer you to their T&Cs which are non-existent. There is plenty of choice for airport transfers at CUN so avoid this mob.

⭐ Scam Warning – Avoid E-Transfers!

I booked a shuttle from Cancun Airport to Moon Palace through this company. The confirmation email said to meet at their “meeting point” outside the airport — but no one was there. After calling the representative, he said he had to leave and told me to take a taxi instead ($150 USD out of pocket). He also claimed I’d be refunded at the hotel, which turned out to be completely false.

After talking to others, I found out this is a regular scam they pull on tourists. Do NOT book anything through E-Transfers. Use a reputable transfer company instead — this one will take your money and leave you stranded.

unacceptable refund delay,poor service and misleading communication

We booked a reservation with a free cancellation policy (full refund) if the cancellation was made at least 24 hours in advance. We cancelled the reservation more than 48 hours in advance, but I am still waiting for the refund. Customer service informed me that we would receive the refund within a maximum of 20–30 days. It has now been 90 days and I still have not received any refund

AVOID eTransfers!!! They cheated us and may try to cheat you

We reserved a transport to our resort and prepaid eTransfers months in advance. It was a great price. Apparently too great. Upon landing in Punta Cana, eTransfers cancelled our reservation. Then they offered to transport us one way for more than we had already prepaid for the round trip.

Left us in a limbo at the airport. Plenty of transport at the airport but certainly not at the rate we had already set up with these cheats.

Spare the aggravation and book with someone else.

Do Not trust that company!!!!

The company should have No stars! DO NOT USE IT!
First they took double payment for an order.
Then I Never got the service as the the agent at the airport did not wait as the flight was delayed an hour!!! We had to take another taxi.
Furthermore I have tried to contact the company to get my money back by emails and calls. Nobody takes the phone.
Furthermore they go through Pay Pal even I have nothing to do with them
Altogether I have lost more than 140 us dollars.
Seems to be impossible to get my money back!!!!!!

Horrible Communication and Confirmation

Booked shuttle service in March of 2024 for July of 2024. Did not receive immediate confirmation. When finalizing our plans I still did not have a confirmation and with so many companies I wasn't sure of the company name and couldn't contact to confirm. I made arrangements with another company (immediate confirmation) assuming I hadn't completed the original reservation. On July 22, one week before our trip, I received an email from a mailing list - BOOKINGS which I did not open because it looked like a phishing email, with capital letters saying CONFIRM FOR SECURITY reasons. The name e-transfers was not in the subject line or on the sender line. On July 27th on the day we arrived, the same email was sent again which I did not see as we were travelling. That evening I received an email from GENERAL ET with the subject Arrival NO SHOW after we had already arrived at our destination. This email actually had the email of e-transfers and my name. I contacted the company and asked for a full refund do to their lack of confirmation and terrible communication. They said they had confirmed by email and WhatsApp. I had no information from them in WhatsApp and they only confirmed my reservation a mere five days before arrival which was unacceptable for planning purposes. It was also a terrible format for communication. I asked for a full refund which they said was not part of their policy. We did use them to return to the airport as we could cancel our other reservation and e-transfers would not give us a refund. This company's system of using multiple email addresses as well as lack of immediate confirmation is unprofessional and sketchy and we will never use them again. As far as I'm concerned they still owe us half of the two way fare.

Charged $193 USD for a one way 17 minute ride

I booked round trip transfers for 4 adults and 2 infants through Viator for $47.40 from the Cancun airport to the Hilton. Had all my documentation, including tickets, showing flight number, time of arrival, destination, etc. I had even corresponded with them on the price of child seats ($10 per). When we arrived, on time, they told us they couldn't find our reservation and to call Viator, it was their fault. 45 minutes of arguing did no good, even as I showed them the documents with both the Viator and eTransfers confirmation number. With a frustrated family and 2 infants at a breaking point, I had no choice but to accept their "alternate transportation", in effect being charged again for what I already paid. The price I had to pay for a 17 minute ride to the Hilton? 3250 pesos, or $193.13 USD. SCAM COMPANY. Please, do not do business with them. Or Viator, as their only response was to refund the $47.40 and let me twist in the wind for the exorbitant difference. (And I booked a service through Hilton on the return, another $59.00).

No taxi, cheated out of $80

Do not use eTransfers in Cancun or trust them with your credit card as they are disorganized and essentially fraudulent.

My young children, wife, and I recently booked a ride a week in advance from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. Upon arrival, we proceeded to the agent as instructed only to learn they did not have our reservation. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company through the provided Whatsapp number, neither the agent nor I were able to contact the desk. After 15 minutes of being stranded in the heat with my two young children and wife, they still could not produce a taxi let alone confirmation of my prepayment and right to a taxi. They then said we would be treated as a walk on, with an additional delay of 15 minutes *if* they confirmed our payment, which they hadn't done yet. We opted for an alternative taxi service, costing us $120 USD as a direct consequence of eTransfers' failure to produce a taxi as promised.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a full refund for the trip, I initially got an OK but got the run around later. Eventually their customer service stated that I was not eligible for a refund, citing that their staff did not deny me any service. We are out $80 even though they agree there was no taxi ride to Playa Del Carmen.

I hope this review dissuades anyone from using them or trusting them with your credit card. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience! We paid for a private transfer from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. They kept us waiting for more than an hour, just to pick us up in a shared service that was going in a different way from our destination. They had offered a courtesy stop (which the driver didn’t do) and he was also very rude. Long story short, we paid double the rate that we would have gotten if we didn’t make any reservation, and it took us 3 hours to get from Cancun to Playa del Carmen instead of 1 hour. Don’t do it.

Horrible experience.

Horrible - total scam. The sellers from this company who are outside the airport strongly suggest you choose a small private car, rather than a van/shuttle because it is faster and that you can get one in 5 min. (The price is double that of the van.) Then they direct you to wait for your ride, 20 yards away. You've already paid at this point. You are told then that there are no private cars available and that you'd be wiser to take the van/shuttle (which stops many many times before your destination.) Of course they do NOT give you your money back for the upgraded service they sold to you moments ago. We had to wait for an hour just to get a shuttle and then had to stop many many times before we arrive at our destination. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Welcome amenities not received.

Shuttle at a time in the airport and the hotel. Drivers were friendly and courtly.
The only issue was we paid for PREMIUM private transportation (that included refreshing drinks or water), but we got ECONOMICAL private transportation.
On the route from Cancun Airport to Tulum hotel, my wife and I were thirsty, and when I asked the driver for water, the answer was it didn't have any drinks! No water or drinks were available. So, we had to stop at a 7-Eleven gas station to buy water that I had to pay for (!!).

My recommendation for those who want to take this transport option is to make sure that you will receive the service you will pay for before you get inside the van.

Perfect/ Perfecto

This company was incredible. We ended up waiting a very long time for our bags and our trip was delayed, but a representative was right where the email said someone would be. Since we were two hours late our driver was no longer there, but someone arrived for us in under 20 minutes. Everyone was very personable. On our return to the airport, the driver was right on time. Very simple and enjoyable experience. 10/10.
