Extremely punctual & professional.. will definitely recommend !

We had a round trip shuttle from the Cancun airport to our Playa del Carmen hotel. Great driver both directions with a great price for the ride. We will definitely use eTransfers again!

Everything was awesome!! It was a last minute need on Christmas Eve because the hotel backed out of providing their free shuttle. I went on the website and chatted with a representative. He set up my airport transfer quickly and the driver showed up on Christmas morning and was perfect. I felt safe, he spoke enough English to get by and the price was very fair.

Mejor precio desde el aeropuerto de Cancún a hotel en Playa Del Carmen y además contaba con descuento. Ni bien salimos del aeropuerto nos estaban esperando con cartel de la empresa y en menos de 5 minutos ya estaba el transporte listo. El conductor fue amable y muy responsable al manejar, solicitando que todos usemos cinturón de seguridad y tapabocas.

Best price from Cancun airport to a hotel in Playa Del Carmen and also had a discount. As soon as we came out of the airport they were waiting with a sign from the company and in less than 5 minutes the transport was ready. The driver was kind and very responsable when driving, requesting everyone to use seatbealts and facemasks.

It's a great and reasonably priced service. However, I tried to book a ride for the same day and found out I couldn't do it through the website. Because I was booking for that same day, I needed to call and book it, which I found a little inconvenient. Still, I was glad I was able to do it even if it was over the phone. My biggest complaint is that my driver was not wearing a mask. When I got in the van, he actually told me that I could take mine off! After chatting with him a while and talking about how terrible everything with COVID was, he actually put it on. But it was very uncomfortable for most of my ride to be in a vehicle (with the windows closed) with someone that wasn't wearing a mask.

Everything was very professional and all drivers were punctual!

We scheduled a trip to Cancun at an all inclusive resort. I booked eTransfers to take us from the airport to the property. We fly standby so we ended up needing to take a later flight. eTransfers was SO responsive and communicative with me while I was needing to make those changes. They immediately responded to my text messages and emails. When we arrived in Cancun, the airport was crazy with drivers. I called the eTransfers representative because I was lost and he stayed on the phone with me for 10 minutes while he navigated me to the area where my driver was supposed to be. He stayed on the phone with me until the driver was standing in front of me. I was super stressed and didn't want to get taken advantage of by another driving company standing outside the airport. eTransfers did an amazing job keep me calm and helping me start off my vacation on a positive note. Our driver was professional and very friendly.
He offered us beverages after our long journey, which we gladly accepted.
We also used them to get back to the airport when we left and they were punctual and professional as well.

I have not taken my trip yet, it is in March 2021.

Will absolutely use again! With an 8:30a flight from Cancun, I did not want to worry about using the bus or a taxi. This was perfect!
