Bought a 7 day unlimited eSIM for The Netherlands. After a day my connection was suddenly very slow. After contacting support they told me the unlimited plans are subject to a fair use policy and my limit will be reset later that day.

This policy is NOWHERE to be found and is NOT being actively communicated. They claim it is, but I've checked everything and never found anything about their FUP.

After 4GB you are limited to ~ 50Kbps which is almost unusable.

Do not use their unlimited plans if you want to use more than 4GB per day! Waste of money.

I arrived in Amsterdam but couldn’t get my eSIM activated! It was so great to get help from the helpdesk to get my eSIM working. They were very patient and I’m now all set with coverage activated and all systems go. Thank you team

Paid for an eSIM for Europe. Received email with QR code promptly. Was able to scan but eSIM wouldn't activate. Contacted CS through chat function which is very slow responding. Just kept telling me that my phone wasn't compatible but could prove EID that it is. Was told that there is a 30% cancellation fee. Eventually said I'd be 100% refunded but would take up to 7 days. No apologies for inconvenience, very frustrating experience.
Update: after writing this review, I was contacted by Sanjay on WhatsApp. They offered to send me a new eSIM for free for Australia to try it out at home. They walked me through every step and this time there were no issues. They refunded me the money I spent on the eSIM that didn't work and offered to contact them directly on WhatsApp to request a new SIM once I'm abroad. This was an outstanding customer service experience. Will see how I go with the eSIM for Europe and will update my review accordingly.

Great Customer Service!
I baught a E-SIM for Turkiye for the second time here. Last year it worked well but this time for some reason my phone had difficulties and it didn't work (I blame my phone for that though). I got into contact with the customer service and we tried everything together but still no success (again, my phone's fault I think). As we didn't get it working they kindly offered to my refund my money, which I very much appreciated.

This is a very good global esim that I purchase for a 1 year plan. Very economical and the support team was very helpful when I needed to transfer my esim to a new phone that I purchased.

There is no need to buy sim / e-sim after reaching the airport. Get this one and you're online the moment you touch down!

When I was on vacation I had a problem with my eSIM. I wrote to the customer support via WhatsApp and after six hours of waiting, they still haven’t helped me out at all! It’s a waste of money.

Perfect option for Internet Abroad.
Work properly, without any roaming disruption. Activate the e-Sim once landed ( in my case in Dubai) and I was directly connected with internet. So simple settings for everyone. I can only recommend it . Good job guys!!

Great etravel sim, very easy installation in just one click and the WIFI is work perfect.

I bought an eSIM whilst on holiday in Turkey.
I bought the unlimited data thinking it was unlimited, however, after watching some YouTube videos it suddenly stopped streaming.
I tried various things like switching on and off but there was no data.
A message to eSIM revealed that the reason was “ the fair usage policy” which in my case was 4gb.
I asked for a refund and this was refused.
Eventually I was to it would resume the next evening (off 7pm on 7pm).
I am really disappointed and will not be purchasing again.

Bought an eSIM (first eSIM I ever had) whilst I was in Indonesia. I expected everything to go smoothly only until the eSIM decided to randomly disconnect then my phone automatically switch to my main sim and it made me have a charge on roaming. This happened multiple times on multiple different days, even from the day I bought my eSIM. Stupidly enough, I got in contact with customer service and they gave me nothing but the same things I've done beforehand. For the eSIM purchase, I expected something better.

Bought etravel SIM card, I had some issues with the internet connection because it was on and off which was really annoying. I wrote to their customer mer service and within hours provided support and suggested alternatives to resolve the problem. It is now working fine as expected and greatfull to their assistance. Not happy, ordered an e-sim for USA have received confirmation of order but no email to set up SIM and says it will be within 2 minutes on there site, the worst part is customer service is not existent. It says 24 hours support on there website, the online chat is offline and whatsapp no response.

The worst e sim ever. Hidden things such as 4GB high speed data per day and the rest is shockingly bad. They don’t say this when buying the sim. Also they’ve said the 4GB data resets everyday, well this isn’t the case as it’s been over 48 hours and the data is not working at all even tho I purchased unlimited data plan. I would avoid this. Bought the eSIM for Morrocco.

eSIM never got activated on the network and was unable to use it. Wasted a whole day chatting with customer service who kept asking me to repeat things that we had already done.

Customer services reached out to me and issued a refund subsequently.

Bought 3 eSIMs for our trip to US. One had an issue and support helped fast. Great experience overall

I have a very good experience using e-sim. Easy to use and works great. I have bought several times during my holidays from Europe to Asia. Excellent! I highly recommend.
