Ordered ice skates for my daughter. The blade of one skate was completely broken from the shoe. Even the logo of the skate was worn off. Want to return the skates, but now have to wait for customer service to contact me 1st. This is the 1st time i've ever had to wait for customer services to contact me before returning a broken item. In the meantime, i'm out another 70 euros buying a new set of skates while waiting.

I wish I had read the reviews rather than trusting the 7.2 rating of this company. I have two grievances. First of all the boots delivered were NOT THE ITEMS I ORDERED (and valued at £37 less than the ones I paid for). Secondly, the company charged me £9.95 delivery, and although they did identify extra charges (VAT and duty) would be applied, on delivery (and which I paid again in good faith before I discovered the wrong boots were sent) I was shocked to discover these totalled £74.66 (half again of what the boots I PAID for rather than received, are "worth"). I am awaiting a response from Etrias.nl .

I have now received a reply (10-12-21) from Etrias who are contesting that the item I paid £37 more for is in actual fact the item I ordered - despite the fact that the item I received is clearly advertised on their site as being worth £120, not £157 for the amount that I paid, have an receipt for, and is the amount detailed beside the item I ordered

The online ordering process was straightforward, but delivery was a nightmare. The courier, UPS, refused to deliver because taxes and fees were payable. This is because Etrias are based in The Netherlands. UPS required a payment amounting to over 30% of the item value (Duty+VAT+Brokerage Fee). This took weeks of calls to UPS Call Centre in India. A lot of confusion and miscommunication ensued. Just not worth the hassle, be VERY careful.

I ordered a product that was supposed to be in stock, then after a few days I receive an e-mail from the cutomer support telling me that my order was delayed.
When I receive the product a few days later, it was the wrong colour.
Anoying because have to do all the return process insteed of having the right product...

If you live in the UK and you purchase from Etrias you will be required to pay an import charge. Etrias do warn when purchasing that this will be the case. However what they fail to state is that this could be significant.
My purchase was £169.00 and the tax asked was £60.00.
I would not have purchased had I known this exorbitant charge was being levied, and I expect others will feel the same. You have been warned.

Even one star is too much for them. Poor customer service. Not providing sufficient information in prior on how much import fee could be charged on the items ordered. Not able to provide any refund or sort of help. Never going to use them ever

Misleading delivery information. False promises. After 3 weeks I gave up waiting, and cancelled the order.

A great 5 star company with a fantastic customer service. With a very friendly staff!!

Good price, shipping a little bit shower than advertised on the website (package arrived a few days late). Didn't experience customer service, so can't say anything about that.

I ordered a big size jacket and I follow the guide for refund my money send the parcel with DPD and after 2 month over they said they lost the parcel and they never get it and call dpd they told me they deliver to them

Supersnelle levering, goed produkt

I strongly recommend against buying from this company. I bought an expensive pepper mill from them which rusted within days of using it. They refused to refund or exchange the product. I've since noticed that most of the products they sell are available at similar prices elsewhere, so I'd strongly suggest trying other options before you buy.

Quick delivery and very happy with the purchase!

Unfortunately I am having to write a very poor review of Etrias after my recent purchase. I ordered an item online in the middle of August 2020 which was listed as being in stock and it said on their website that my order should be shipped within 3-7 working days. My payment of over £80.00 was debited immediately, I did not receive my order, however, for two months as it arrived at my house in mid-October 2020. I then decided that I would have to give it as a Christmas gift rather than a birthday present, as my daughter's birthday had long gone. Just before Christmas, however, she told me that she had bought herself a similar gift and therefore did not want another! I subsequently contacted Etrias on 20 December 2020 explaining the situation and asking them for a refund, They promptly asked me to send them photos of the item to illustrate that it had not been used. I immediately did this and the pictures showed the item still in its original packaging and obviously not used at all. They have, however, declined to allow me to return the item for a refund on the basis that it has been too long since I have received it. This is very poor customer service for a company who took two months to deliver my order to me in the first place and I would strongly suggest that you take your business elsewhere. I wish that I had as I am not stuck with an expensive item due to their inefficient service and misrepresentation of an item being in stock when it obviously was not. Take your business elsewhere if you expect any level of customer service.

Clowns. At least I got a refund

Absolutely fantastic company, from great customer service, to fast dispatch and delivery time's, this is exactly how it should be done! Other online retailer's should take note

Unfortunately, my experience with Etrias.nl service wasn’t great - I had my order delayed two times (two weeks in total), and after all - one of the products was unavailable.

I had to cancel my order and go to another webshop.

Frying pan clearly a 'second'.

Product delivered on time, and very well wrapped. Now I know why it was cheaper than elsewhere - it has a unsightly pushed in side so that the pan is not round - this would have been obvious to the company before the item was packed. I am very disappointed. Buyers beware.

Pretty bad. Ordered some bowls on a Sunday that the website stated were in stock with a 3-5 delivery time. It took them until Wednesday afternoon, 3 days later, to tell me they were actually out of stock. Complete waste of time.

Ordered 2 chairs, received an email 5 days later saying they only have one. Accept 1 chair then another email 5 days later saying they have no chairs.
