Ordered in stock items which said…

Ordered in stock items which said shipping 3-6 days, waited a week, heard nothing, wrote the customer service, nothing for one week, wrote them again, get an email saying my order is being prepared to ship and the things get shipped in the order they were placed.
Great, two weeks later my order is still not shipped.
The second star is only because they answered me.

Fix your website

Tried to purchase item and it doesn't let me

spent 20 min figuring it out until I realised i had to go to the eu store

Go to the eu store and spent 30 mins trying to log it as everytime i use bungi.net to log it sends me back to the log in screen

tried to log in via a new email account and got an email saying im signed up... but when i logged into that it still said i wasnt logged in (how???)

given up as from the other posts ive seen on various website (even on bungie websites) seem to almost never get the problem fixed

seems bungie and bungie store just dont care about eu

Ordered in Nov... Money back in Feb

Ordered in Nov. and got the Confirmation.
Waiting for my Shipment notification but never received.
Tried to contact them several Times and never got any reply.
At last i got my money back... With Paypal... Two Months later...
Christmas Gift for my brother was changed to something else 😩
Bought some Times before there and everything was good... At all...wait.... It was ok,... So far.
But now it's trash!

Black Friday emblems Destiny 2

Black Friday emblems Destiny 2 was a big thing and i tried desperately to buy through Bungiestore.
But i had to change password, since the account is from before 2021.
So… after several attempt to get mail from Bungie, and never recieving anything, i had to give up.
Friends in clans had same problems or, had to order up to five times before things worked out.

I’m kinda mad after this. Bungiestore is a joke and seemed to be harder trial than dungeons and raids.

A GLITCH FOR FOUR WEEKS??

I've ordered three things over the span of four weeks. I didn't get a confirmation email for neither order and they also don't show up in my order history. The money is gone from the account tho. I've contacted the Support multiple times, but I either only get a automated response or someone explaining the "glitch" (they cannot process orders somehow?) again. Like seriously - what the hell? A glitch for four weeks now???

I'm just here to rant, who knows. Maybe I'll get something out of it.

Nonexistent customer support

Bought the wearable Celestial Nighthawk replica from the EU store. The checkout process threw a few unsettling errors, but I received a confirmation email and the bonus digital download. The payment also went through.
Then there was radio silence for a few days, prompting me to reach out to customer support. This is, by far, the worst customer support experience I've ever had. Every attempt at communication generates an automated response that is completely unrelated to my actual inquiry. The single reply I've gotten from a "real person" also didn't answer my question(s) properly. I have tried reaching out to that same person again, as well as opening up a new ticket - both no to avail.
Several weeks have gone by, and I still have no idea where my order is; or even if it has been processed at all.

Note: This review does not reflect my view of Bungie as a software development company. I enjoy the games - the customer support leaves a lot to be desired.

I can't believe that I've supported…

I can't believe that I've supported this company for like 9 years. The costumer service is beyond bad. They can't be arsed to help you when a transaction goes wrong, you get charged but never got an order confirmation nor any items. They say they can't locate the funds therefore they can't give me my money back even though I sent proves they charged me such as screenshots and informations about the transaction from my bank. Come on. It's been 2 months and they still can't locate the funds, so they say, which is complete bs. I wish I could give 0 stars cause they dont even deserve 1 for how they treat their costumers.

Worst and most incompetent CS

I would like to order some items from them, but the website wasnt working correctly, i was in the checkout and my bank already charged my card; after that redirected again into the checkout and the site asked me to pay again....

I wrote 18 mail for the CS because i wanted back my money, but they cant understand i dont have any order ID because the website already kicked me from the ordering...

I involved my bank into the situion because the Store is incompentent in this situation.

Worst customer service and logistics

Bungies customer service is basically non existent most of the time, ordered the new cayde 6 funko pop amd it came mangled, no protection inside the box, no bubble wrap nothing. Got a reply from customer support and they said the pop itself isn't damaged so they can offer me a 20% refund only when I put up an argument they they say to send it back at my own expense amd to be reimbursed at a later date. Absolute disgrace.

bad customer service

I had placed an order on December 17th and 10 days later I still had not heard or seen anything. It was the first time I had placed an order on this site but after 10 days I thought it was odd that I still didn't receive anything. I had contacted customer service then where it turns out I had entered my address incorrectly. I find it unacceptable that I had to investigate this problem myself. It would have made more sense if the store itself contacted me to tell me that an error had occurred regarding the address. due to this event, I am late with my secret santa gift that we were going to deliver december 30 to each other. I will never order something on this website.

Bought 2 items in Feb 22

The other is a moments of triumph t-shirt, which, based on their email is still awaiting dispatch.
They're still citing the pandemic as the issue.
Sorry but that doesn't fly anymore, everybody else has gotten on with it without minimal delay.

More than a year hassle plus I got scammed

Original post: 2022/07: Still waiting for my order to arrive from last July (a year ago). I managed to get them to answer around the 6 months mark, asked when can I expect it, since it was originally marked as a 2 months wait time. They said one of the items will be back in stock soon, and they'll ship my stuff then. That was in January. I wrote to them again in March (no answer), then in May again. I got an answer that time, they said they found they don't have stock of that item, so I got a refund for that one item, but they still haven't shipped the other two items. It will be a miracle if it ever shows up.
Update 2022/08: they shipped it finally, to the wrong address. They sent another one, but I managed to get the one sent to the wrong address to, given the person who got it was super nice and contacted me. I tried to figure out with Bungie support how to return the extra to them. First they tried to ask me several times to use the *domestic* Royal Mail website services to send it back with a return label (I do not live in the UK, I live in EU), when they finally figured out that I can't do that, now they want me to send the extra items back out and they might reimburse me in at an unknown time, given their track record. *NEVER* order from them, it does not worth the more than one year of struggle!!!
Update 2022/10: I returned the items and they did not reimburse me for the price of shipping, as previously agreed upon, so they scammed me for 23 EUR on the top of this fantastic webstore experience. Avoid them at all cost.

Still waiting for my order to come

Last year November I ordered the prophecy jumper emailed them few times they got back saying that are waiting for more to come to the Warehouse few days later I emailed again
To change my address and an update on the order they said it should be Leaving the warehouse in few weeks so I waited emailed again no answer

The wait is a joke…

I bought a jacket from the eu bungie store and they said it could take 5-6 months to arrive witch is already outrages but ok at least they where honest or so I thought. Currently on 9th month since I ordered and I’ve lost all contact with bungie. I’ve send several e-mails to bungie support but after several weeks of waiting, still no reply. Even if I get my item at this point the absolute horrendous customer support is still a f***ing joke.

Non existent customer service

Update: months later, still no item, no communication from the store, still waiting on paypal claim against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
Currently into my 4th week without any word from the store help. Missing order after it was sent back having been incorrectly marked when sent, and a second order also now sent back after being incorrectly sent. No phone number to contact them by only an email and their useless ticket system on their website.

The Bungie Store EU is soo bad

The Bungie EU is soo bad. I’ve placed a couple of orders with them and I’ve had problems with both. The first were MoonBoots which became defective so although Bungie said I could return them and they sent me a return label, it wasn’t accepted at the Post Office! In the end it was way too much hassle so I didn’t bother, they don’t make it easier and their communication is bad as well, you message them and then have to wait a week for them to reply - if you’re lucky! So I placed a 2nd order for something else entirely and it was damaged on delivery, it was a Ghost Necklace by Rocklove. Again I was allowed to send this back and it was accepted at the Post Office this time but the tracking now says that they haven’t been able to deliver the return because it is incorrectly addressed! Bungie sent me the return label for Gods sake so I feel they are just a dishonest company that do not want you to be able to return goods and get a refund. I have now started the process for a chargeback with my credit card company because God knows what’s will happen to my package, the tracking also says about been delivered somewhere and it had to be collected (which it wasn’t) but that might be their process in Netherlands 🤷🏼‍♀️ Who knows.
Anyway my advice is not to bother because if something does go wrong it’s a nightmare. Not worth the hassle.
