Avoid

Salesman said he was the owner offered free sample. Gave demonstrations and then wanted to sell products. I was put in a position where I felt I had to buy a face cream for 460 euros that I did not want. My husband took it back but they said there till could not give refunds and that the policy was no refund even after five minutes.
Sent emails to company no reply seems to be a con pressuring people to buy overpriced cosmetics AVOID

Don't buy the products from this company!

We spoke a lady from the company at Budapest Airport in October 2025 (sales person). We bought the Wrinkle Remedy Syringe for 199 Euro (normal price 300 Euro. She said the serum lasts for 12 months by weekly apply but after 3 months the serum is already empty. We cannot get our money back because the purchase was longer then 4 months old. So don't buy the products would be my advice. They give false information.

Misleading marketing and poor quality product

The brand uses grand but misleading claims and clearly manipulative sales techniques.

After using this product, my skin had adverse reactions. Despite this, they refuse to offer a refund.

The product is overpriced and of poor quality. I strongly advise avoiding it.

Individual Geneve

Individual Geneve - got me inside their shop, which was great as it was a hot hot day in Budapest, but then the salesman pretended to be the owner (!!!!!) and tried to sell me cosmetics for nearly £500 lying to me that he will give me a discount - I added up the prices in my head and obviously there was no discount… he tried to show me instant effect of the cosmetics - obviously after hiking for hours on a hot day, my skin looked different when only one spot was cleansed and the rest was still hot and sweaty 😅 absolute con, not worth it and the salesman (who is NOT the owner as I googled the owner later on) wasn’t even very well informed in the topic of dermatology… embarrassing for him, lucky for me that I didn’t buy anything there! Would not recommend a face mask for £300 that nobody really has reviewed yet!!!! Start with lower prices maybe and we will see if people really come back for your cosmetics boys……
