Ordered on the 4th of December, received an order number but nothing else to date. Very disappointed, have emailed them but 4 days on and no reply. They send me promotional material every day which is extremely annoying.

Terrible customer support. Terrible service. I fill the form for trading standard. They dont answer Email or phone call or any media. After 10 days I even didnt receive any tracking number

Bought 16 days ago and still haven't heard from them!
Waited a week and then I wrote to them for the first time - have now written to them three times - still without so much as an acknowledgment that they received my mail.

Had checked here on the site before I bought, they were ok - but expect it to be fake

It's a scam - don't expect it to be a business

Ordered on 1st of December, now it has been 2 weeks and still nothing!!
Never again!!!

edit: contacted paypal, they contacted morphe, shipped my order in 24 hours after i emailed paypal!
PLEASE CONTACT the company/bank you paid from, it will probably get resolved soon

I am awaiting a pallet the, I have received half the order.

Shocking customer service!!!

Ordered a pallet 11 days ago, paid for 1-2 day delivery and have not received it. Had an email today after trying to contact them a week ago for them to say that “out of goodwill” they will send it to an alternative address to avoid them losing it again when it was never even attempted to be shipped to the first address. So am now having to have it delivered to another address that I will have to drive to and collect. Alongside the fact it still has not even being shipped out yet a week and a half later. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Definitely will not be returning.

Almost 2 weeks later, still haven’t heard anything, that have taken the money, and when I email them, they don’t answer... get a lot of offers, but why should I order more, when they treat their customers that bad... can’t trace the package and when I finally got a one line respond around two days ago... it was that my stuff haven’t even been send... nice job-.-

Absolutely disgusted with this company bought James Charles pallete for my 9yo daughter get email saying your order has shipped paid £5 for express delivery 1-2 business days email them when no update from Hermes worst couriers about only to be told it takes 2-7 days to process order then 1-2 days to ship will never shop with this company again especially after breaking my daughters heart disgusting company

I've experienced such a fantastic helpfulness and service from Morphe. Beside that the Morphe palettes and brushes is super quality. It's definitely worth 5 stars 😊 👍 👌

Very fast delivery.
One of the things were broke through the delivery here, I contacted morphe support and got and answer all ready the next day about what I should do. After I send a reply with af picture of the broken eyeshadow a couple of hours later they allready send a new product to me. Really well costumer care service. And the products is very good.

Unfortunately the company withdrew the money but never shipped the order, and they will not reply on any request on where the order is gone.
