I have a problem with my toothbrush, which I purchased recently: difficult to impossible to start/stop it. Is there something I should do/not do to ensure it works smoothly. I had the same issue with my previous toothbrush from you and eventually abandoned it and bought my latest one (only a few months ago). If you can’t help, I am not going to purchase another one. I do replace the brush per the instructions. Help !! David.

Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue again.
Sometimes this can happen due to toothpaste or debris build-up around the power button area over time. We would recommend soaking the toothbrush handle in warm soapy water and then gently cleaning around the button to help remove any dried toothpaste or residue that may have become trapped underneath.

The product is good however the service is very poor. I am bonbarded with discount codes by emil and text and yet everytime I go to use the code it never works. My dentist who recommended these products is also having the same problem and also other clients and states he no longer recommends the product as other brands have the same products now
