I received the pen on Saturday it was empty on the following Wednesday so I honestly don’t no does it work or was it a faulty pen

This did not work out for me. I would say that one product did not really help me at all. Maybe if I used more than just a one it would be different. But aslo the amount of gel in this pen is, in my opinion, not enough and not even worth the money.

Hi Jane, thank you for leaving us a review. We would recommend using our whitening pen alongside our whitening strips if you are looking for whiten your teeth up a couple shades. Our whitening pen is better for maintaining whitening results. If you have any questions at all please do reach out to our CS team!

The whitening pen is easy to use, although it seems to take a huge amount of twists to get any product out, which is worrying- no improvement seen with this product just yet.

The Whitening Pen should be used as a top up to assist with maintaining your whitening results from our toothpaste and strips. We see this product as a handbag hero that can be used on the go or as a top up for getting rid of daily stains after a course of whitening.
If you’re looking to whiten your teeth up a shade, we recommend using a course of whitening strips and you could then use the pen as a top-up or for getting rid of daily stains from tea, coffee, red wine or any dark coloured foods such as curries, chocolate or anything tomato-based.
