I had a great experience with Super73 customer service. The team was very responsive and professional, but I especially want to highlight Ramoncito Pacia — he was incredibly helpful.
Ramoncito assisted me through every step, answered all my questions clearly, and really went out of his way to help in all situations. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer and finding the best solution, not just closing a ticket.
Because of this level of support, I feel confident continuing with Super73. Big thanks to Ramoncito for the outstanding service!

Good bike , but …
I’m really happy with my Super73 order — the bike arrived on time and everything works perfectly.
However, the box was completely damaged when it showed up (luckily nothing inside was broken), and I was told by Super73 support that the bike would come with the Pro 750 battery, but I received a 500 instead.
Overall great product, but the battery mix-up and the condition of the packaging were disappointing.

Best bike on the planet. But fix the app for all 4 driving modes. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to have a working connection.

An accessory which turned into a headache
15€ delivery for an accessory, delivery driver never came to deliver to my house and took my parcel back in the depot.
I drove there and picked it up , and now they won’t provide me with a return label because in the tracking it still says that package awaiting me to pick up(1 month lol)
Super73 Customer support also sucks, I am getting one reply every five days.
I am wondering how they are still allowed to sell in Europe with this kind of support and behavior!
