Jeans, excellent quality, but mens cargo pants, absolutely the worst designed possible. They fit great, but cargo pockets, whatever style are useless to keep anything but a cloth or something soft. Ha... See more

In December I ordered my husband 2 shirts size 3x when the shirts came one was a large.when I contacted wrangler they said send it back ..they sent a label but couldn't use it as FedEx don't pick up in my neck of the woods so I sent the product back by USPS.my husband spoke to a rep 3xs and to no avail.i got ripped off for $58 ..don't never ever buy wrangler anything they steal your money and do not do refunds
One shirt was great but the other didn't fit. They are charging me 25% of the purchase price to return it.
The order would be shipped from a DHL Supply Chain branch in the Czech Republic with DPD (Geopost) to a DPD collection point in The Netherlands. After ten days, DPD appears to have sent it back to DHL Supply Chain in the Czech Republic without giving reasons.
With a second order, the package was again at a DPD hub for several days. Only after contacting Wrangler and DPD several times was it randomly delivered to a random DPD parcel point – with inconvenient opening hours for me – instead of being placed in the parcel locker where you can pick it up day and night, which I had selected when placing the order.
I bought a pair of Wranglers as the replacements for the Levi's I had for only a year, which had the crotch material perish. Unacceptable!!!
See my review Levi's review.
So I bought Wrangler Texas Slim Jeans (Nov 23) and in ONE MONTH the jeans frayed from the stitching on the top of the back pockets, which then ends up a long slit from the top to almost the bottom of the pocket, this has happened only after having them for one month as stated! This is truly unacceptable as they cost me £90, and It was my first time of purchasing Wrangler Jeans in years. It's got to be a fault with the stitching. I really don't care if they sort this out, me and Wrangler are done after this dismal experience. Got my money back without any issues, but no apology whatsoever from the company for wasting my time.
Levi's, Wrangler etc, have all lost the meaning of what jeans are about, strength and durability. Massive marketing for both companies as we buy jeans more often this way. At least one pair every year, when jeans used to last five years plus!
There are good jeans labels out there, (Selvedge, Raw Denim with a good weight to them) but they may cost more. However, they last longer so in the long run, you actually save money.
Time is up for the old labels. Not all of us want elastic jeans that only last a month!!
Ordered many wrangler items before and never had any problems with the quality until now!
2 items ordered 1 long sleeve shirt and 1 pair of boot cut slim jeans were both sent to me damaged by means of the item was not sewed completely on the back pocket of the jeans and the shirt collar was not sewn complete. Very bad manufacturing!
Called Customer Service no response! Emailed Customer Service no response back until 1 week later! Too late already took items to a seamstress and paid $18.00 which now cost me more money for items that should have been inspected before they were sent out.
Basically Wrangler should reimburse me the Seamstress cost of $18.00 and Customer service said there is nothing they can do now because I took them to a seamstress.
Wrangler's customer service is excellent. I returned an item and they initiated a return in a timely manner. Thank you.

I had bought jeans on Amazon a year ago. They first cracked at the back pocket on one side which I repaired, then a month later it cracked on the other side. Amazon only has a few months warranty so yes contacted Wrangler directly to ask if they have any quality warranty. I described the case and sent a picture of the damage. The case manager has been incredibly good and I received continuous feedback on the case during the handling. I work with service myself and the service I received from Wrangler gets the highest rating!

The last 3 pairs of Wrangler Texas Authentic straight jeans my husband has had, have all frayed from the stitching on the top of the back pockets, which then ends up a long slit from the top to almost the bottom of the pocket, this has happened only after having them for a few months. It's got to be a fault with the stitching. I really hope they can sort this out as my husband loves Wrangler jeans.
My fave pair of jeans in recent years has been a pair of Wranglers. I bought a second pair in an identical style/size but unfortunately they had a manufacturing fault and weren't right, Ana in customer service was super helpful and once I'd sent some pix showing what was wrong I got a refund - will buy another pair of the same jeans and fingers crossed will be A-OK next time!

I received my order with all the brand label peeling off inside the t-shirt. They wouldn't offer a partial refund for the order and said I will need to return it. Very dissappointed as I ordered the t-shirt for a holiday. Not what you would expect from a big name company.
Customer service shouldn't just be a department, it should be the entire company.
remembering and appreciating repeat customers.
it was very pleasant to deal with Ana and Marco.

I wrote twice to wrangler after my elderly father complained to me that their boots which he has purchased were ‘the worst he had ever had.’ Both times, the e-mail bounced and representatives wouldn’t offer more help. After under 6 months the sole had cracked, and the leather had come away from the boots. My father is left wearing them as Wrangler is unresponsive.
Customer service was really helpful, kept ringing and emailing me with updates on my order.
They couldn't have been more helpful.
Alot of companies could learn from Wrangler.
