Order cancellation due to Item out of stock BUT item is available in the same time. Silly.

My order has been canceled due to a lack of goods, but the goods are still available on the website.

They cancel the order after a three days due to "out of stock", and the goods on the website are still available in the same sizes. Explicitly making an idiot of the client to extort data and freeze money.

The store canceled my order due to the alleged lack of product availability. On the website, all the pants I ordered were and are still available. The store is cheating customers

A company with a "reputation" turns out to be a regular bunch of scammers who know how to get money from customers and data in a quick way (increasing the mejling base). For a few hours (15/09/2022) there were promotions on the site and many people made purchases. Everyone got an order confirmation but after a few hours, a day, those customers were getting order cancellations. The first reason was technical problems (here customers got a 50% discount code for selected products as an apology), and the second reason was the lack of goods in stock although everything is still available on the site only at different prices. Of course, in the latter case, the customer has no goods, no money, because he paid a significant part in advance and no discount code as in the earlier case. To me this is a planned action on the part of the stores to defraud the cash and data. Now this money will probably take a few days to come back. Wrangler you are just plain scammers. I do not recommend and probably will not shop with you. As you had shortages it would have been easy to send an email the next day, not after 72h. Parody. I am waiting for a concrete explanation of the situation, because this is not normal behavior only thievery.

Very unfair and illegal move from Wrangler. I've ordered 2 pairs of jeans (15.09.2022), I've paid for them and I have order confirmed on mail. Today I've got mail from them, that order is canceled because of no products availabe, but they have full stock on their site, every size... In Poland it's totally illegal so I'm going to report this to court.

Very low quality of customer service. They sell products that are not in the store - I have not seen anything like this in years. This is a very bad advertisement for the brand and the store itself.

My 3 orders was cancelled by this store after two days.
First- cancelled because of technical problems.
Second and Third- cancelled due to unavailability of products (products are available still on the store but with higher prices)

Too bad you've decided you're not responsible for your own mistakes, making your customers unhappy. I've placed a legit order, and you've decided to cancel it without giving a proper explanation. I wish you could manage your own problems betters.

Amazing customer service when needing to return an item. Really pleased with jeans and jacket, good quality and especially happy with sale prices. Overall very pleased

Bought Men’s Rooted USA Slim Straight Jean: Mid Blue: 32:32 and found them 2 inches longer compare to five pairs of Wrangler jeans I already had. Besides, they are not slim, but baggy.
Paid return fee, returned them and purchased size 32:30. Received size 32:30 with the right length but even more baggy than the previous. On the top of that the refund was not paid in full. They didn’t refund the taxes. Typical return practice to refund item price and taxes associated with the price.
Total waste of money, no joy!
