EU claim were very persistent in pursuing Ryanair and were successful in gaining financial recompense for me despite Ryanair initially refusing.

Effective albeit could do with more efficiency and price transparency
Effective although , sometimes a nudge would be needed after uploading a document then having it requested again... This has happened 2x. Transparency on pricing could be better... rather expensive.

I think it’s outrageous that almost half of my compensation has been deducted in fees. You have to take your cut as a company I understand, but your cut is very high considering my overall compensation amount, then an additional admin fee. For what admin exactly? I have filled my own admin online. Taking money for the sake of taking money, pffff.

I was skeptical at first, but the process was effective and the instructions provided clear.
While the fees are high, they get the job done and create a useful disincentive for airlines misbehaving towards customers.

We finally got someone who took us seriously and helped us get our money back
Last year my parents had a canceled flight the day before departure since they booked it with rumbo (3rd party) and the flight was with transavia, both kept passing the responsibility to the other party and we never expected to receive anything back. I was super happy to see that EU claim was able to fight back and win the claim for us as at this point I had lost all hope. Organizations need to learn that they cannot scam people and EU claim helps with that! Thaaaaank you!

Efficient but sloppy
I liked the efficiency of it. I got my money fairly quickly and painlessly. What I really disliked was that the job was not done properly the first time. When I opened the letter to the airline co. it was completely wrong. Wrong claim and wrong subject. That looked very sloppy. Luckily I was paying attention and reading everything.

misleading commission deduction
I was quite happy that there was resolve on this, and communications were clear. The only part that was never made clear, was the heavy commission that EUClaim deducted from the payout. On a EUR400 claim, EUClaim took 30% commission over and about the EUR33 admin fee.. I just think that was misleading, and should have been confirmed first with amount that was being claimed
