Hidden charges
I didn't mind paying a significant percentage fee for my successful claim but then the company added an additional handling charge for each claimant (for doing what they they earned their fee for) which reduced our pay-out to not much more than 50%. EU Claim is not up-front about its charging so gets only 3 stars. The process itself was worth 5 stars.

Overall they were able to claim thebrefund. The amount was 250 euros total however I only received 144 euros. Rest were admin fees from EU claim. Pretty steep admin fees.

Because it is not possible for us to determine in advance which claim will be honored without legal proceedings, we apply a fixed percentage and amount for administration for each successful claim. Worth the wait
It took a while, but me and my co-traveller could get a compensation of our cancelled flight, during Covid 2020. It took 3 years, with every month or so an update of the case.
Eventually my case won and got a good amount of compensation. Excellent!

They are very efficient but the price is the closest thing to a steal I know. the amount from my claim was for an amount of 250 Euros, and they charged me 144€.This is clearly an abuse. Next time I will look for another service or do it on my own. I did it with them because they recommended it to me at the airport but I imagine there are other ways to manage it
