Very impressed with this service

Very impressed with this service. I wish I'd found and used it sooner. Thorough medical questionnaire before ordering which I found reassuring. Regular updates from company with order status and also from DPD who text on the day they were delivering giving an hour time slot, for which is ensured I was in for with my PIN ready to give to the courier. Seamless transaction and I think from reading other reviews the key is to ensure home to receive the delivery as it's not something that can be left on the doorstep. I highly recommend and will very likely use again in the future.

Pharmxtra (Eu Meds) has scammed me

Pharmxtra (Eu Meds) has scammed me. I placed my £180 order a month ago and have still not received it and all of my emails sent to the company have been ignored. I ordered in the past with no problem. However, since this name change it’s been a shambles. Definitely avoid!

Basically thieves

Ordered and apparently missed the delivery twice. Tried to reorder and got told I couldn't within 30 days. I emailed the company and they said they wouldn't refund for the order I never received. I ordered again using a different email and they banned me. Refused to refund the money from the order that never arrived without explanation - just ignored my emails. The company is based in Dubai and I am attempting to get them reported there now.

NOT A SCAM!

Been using uk meds/eu meds for a long time and started using these guys. I ordered on Tuesday afternoon and my medication come Thursday. It would have came next day but DPD had problems. For the people saying it never come because they never posted it, thats your problem! You need to be there to sign for them as its medication! Don't bad mouth a company because of your own problems.

Anyways, thanks again. I will use again. A little on the pricey side but sometimes you have no other way to get the meds you need as fast as they do.

Won’t be using them again.

Won’t be using them again.

They use dpd, and dpd always send you a pin code to quote to the driver….never once has the driver asked me for anything, parcels are simply left on the door step.

Anyway, dpd deliver my parcel to the wrong house, but they can’t even tell me which house….i complain to pharmxtra who tell me that dpd told them that the correct code was given to the driver.

Now, Dpd have ADMITTED to me in email that the parcel went to the WRONG address, how then could the correct code have been given? But try explaining that to pharmxtra who just washed their hands of it so I’m £100 down and nothing to show for it. I even screen shotted dpd’s admission that it went to the wrong address….what was pharmxtra’s response? Nothing, they just stopped replying to me. And if you want to complain you have to write a letter…yes an old fashioned letter to their head office in Saudi Arabia.

What a JOKE

Edit: @pharmxtra, I sent a screenshot of the dpd email and also sent you the entire email chain showing that they admit it went to the wrong house….im STILL £100 down with nothing to show for it

All medication deliveries are sent with DPD on a PIN-verified service. The PIN is issued directly by DPD and is required to be provided to the driver at the point of delivery to ensure the parcel is handed to the correct recipient. Parcels should never be left unattended.

When a delivery is disputed, we are required to raise a formal investigation with DPD and rely on the delivery data and confirmation they provide to us. If you have received written confirmation from DPD stating that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, we would ask that you please forward this directly to our customer care team so we can escalate this further with their security department as a priority.

Don’t use

Don’t use, no communication after purchase. 1 poor attempt from DPD, don’t think the driver even rang the bell or knocked. No answer from this scam of a website. Have wasted so much time chasing them. Very disappointed!! Please guys avoid so much better companies than this!! Still waiting for my order after 2 weeks! Also still aaaiting a reply from the company!! Should be ashamed of themselves!
Updated 19/02! Customer services did get back to me, 2 weeks later! I did get a full refund for my order, so I was pleased with that. Still no apply of why they could not contact me after multiple emails sent. So not all bad. Still would not use again! Thanks for your reply and refund finally.

Crap delivery & no response

Used them before, no problem. This time 8 ordered early on Friday, paid for Saturday delivery, still no delivery or response by Monday. DPD apparently delivering say contact EU meds. 3 days now, no response. Have asked for refund of Saturday shipping fee...no response. Bad service

If you have an issue with the order as…

If you have an issue with the order as I did, which was an error on their part they become a faceless company, very difficult to contact they never answer their phone their contact form hasn't worked for a long time. I finally got in contact and was informed that I could have no refund £100 and they could not reissue my tablets. the reason given was because of an error made with my phone number, and pharmxtra were responsible for wrong phone number
I will just add that I received a reply from pharmxtra, they are totally missing the point, which is they have not offered a refund,nor medication, which they are not entitled to do , but they obviously think they are. They ask for my understanding, which is a joke!!

8000042231 24 hours delivery. Always send what i need. Expensive considering thry should be free on our NHS but no one will give us what we need in our NHS so these guys save the day every time. They use a poor delivery service however, who delay your delivery by weeks sometimes. Yodel isnt up to the task!

Poor show

Having bought from them before without issue I thought I'd order again.
This time the delivery failed - supposedly there was not a door number supplied for the delivery address. So it headed its way back to the sender.
I let Pharmxtra know there was no delivery and that it was on the way back to them.
I've now been told by pharmxtra that I will not get any money back and they will not repost it.
Absolutely terrible response.
This order was placed on 30-Nov-2025 it's now 15-Jan-2026.

Had been ordering from this company for…

Had been ordering from this company for years. Had no problem , my daughter has been ordering for years. My daughter got a new job where she is up and down the country. As we all know someone has to be in to give the pin number to the delivery driver, my daughter asked for her meds to be delivered to my address, they disabled my account and my daughters. I phoned them up asking and explaining what had happened and why, they refuse to re open either accounts. Although I agree with their policy regarding the safety issue, I feel that in this instance they have been extremely ruthless. I think they could have told us about their issues and maybe warned us if this happens again then there will be a suspension. Also all the years I paid for next day delivery they appeared a few days later. I have however found another regulated company to buy my medication, and when you pay extra for next day delivery, you do actually get next day delivery. Pharmxtra / Eu meds rating are going down all the time. If you check other regulated companies compared to this one then the maths is easy.

Very suspicious

So, I’ve been looking some of the reviews, everytime I google one of them, name and surname, apparently they are all fames people, writers… etc etc. I don’t know but that sounds very suspicious, don’t you think??
I was going to order some medication from this website but to be hones…. It’s a bit fishy,

Great as EUMeds, poor since becoming PharmXtra

After using EUMeds many times over the years, all positive, the first time ordering since it became PharmXtra has been very poor - over a month later DPD is still waiting for the parcel to be provided to them for delivery. This is despite the meds being supposedly shipped on 27 November, so nothing to do with Xmas/NY. For some reason the only option is DPD, who are useless in my experience anyway, which doesn't help.

It’s always a risk ordering medication from anywhere but your GP. Are they going to scam me or am I going to get fake medication but I’m very happy to say that none of this is the case with PharmXtra. The medication is genuine and the delivery is impressive, using well known UK delivery companies. Communication is good. I will only use this company now.
