A good honest reliable company do recommend.

Kept trying to deliver while I was at work, DPD state you can change your delivery but you cannot! Submitted issue with pharmxtra only to be told they will not rearrange delivery, resend and not will they refund - utterly disgraceful and unfair, especially as I have been a loyal customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I ordered my meds late Tuesday evening and opted for next day delivery (17/12/25 which I knew was unlikely as I ordered about 10 pm. I was really sceptical with online companies as read mixed reviews. However on Wednesday I received a series of emails right up to we have your meds at our mailing centre. Thursday morning I received the famous 1 hour delivery window and ten minutes later they were in my hand. Excellent 👌

Do not use this site. They require you to be home for the delivery and provide a PIN number for the courier. If you miss the delivery, they send the item back and keep your money. They do not offer a refund or return. I lost over £100 from them.

I ordered a week ago I got an email saying it’s being processed after paying for everything all my messages have gone unanswered but have been read on watsapp but no reply or to emails I’m not sure this is a legitimate company £183 I lost and that’s with next day delivery, so i wouldn’t buy from here, all nice with messages asking to make payment then nothing

Didn't arrive the next day which i paid for but the following day, I understand they may have a backlog

Product not received

Ordered several times no problems, last order placed 28/11/25. Delivery by DPD attempted once then returned to sender. DPD admitted driver non compliance- Emailed PharmXtra who stated they would not refund or resend. Stated I could reorder at full cost to myself again. Why would I risk doing that! My contract for the items was with the Company not the delivery firm. Radio silence since from Pharm Xtra. Failure to provide goods dispute actioned with my bank.

I have loved using this company until one order arrived for them from me using a different email address. It must have been one of those ‘auto fill’ things that happen when one takes one’s eye off the page briefly. It is our family’s email instead of my own.
The company has taken that as meaning I was using 2 accounts which is not true. It was a mere mistake.
They have now banned me from using their company due to my ‘having 2 accounts’, which of course I don’t have. I have pleaded with them to reinstate my account but they refuse.

No problem with ordering, and item was dispatched promptly.

The courier came to my house with the parcel on two occasions. Despite being in the house during both these attempts I did not hear him.

After realising there would be no 3rd attempt at delivery I contacted pharmxtra to ask what happens next. Informed by them that the parcel would be returned to them, disposed of, and no replacement parcel or refund would be issued.

I was advised by email:

“ Please note as stated in the Terms and Conditions:
You will not be entitled to receive any refund or credit reimbursement in relation to any Service where the provision of such Service is restricted because of:
your absence;
insufficient or variable network connectivity;
a negligent act or omission by you; or
through no fault of the Company”.

But I wasn’t absent, I was here waiting for the delivery on both days.

Anyway have had to go to my credit card provider and request a chargeback. Such a hassle.

I’m sure it can’t be right that I paid for something which wasn’t received when I haven’t done anything wrong.

At last received my order thank you pharmxtra i realise its a busy period for you.service still good.

easy to order and received acknowledgement of order dated 1st December but since then silence still waiting for order to arrive no note from the company as to when this will be

Brilliant service! Delivered by DPD with a pin. Meds a genuine and the doctors are legit. Quite expensive but that’s what you get for going private. I will be reordering in the future. Thank you.

Ordered Sunday evening and received Tuesday afternoon. Branded product and once again a very quick easy process.

My order was eventually approved on 29 November and on the same day I heard the parcel was expected from your supplier. You gave me a delivery date and the DPD driver left me a note to say He'd missed me and I made the following report to DPD

"Your driver did NOT miss me but he tried hard enough! I was ready and waiting to open the door to him with no delay but when I did all I found was his notice 62683241 and the sight of him about to drive off with my parcel. This was very poor service and you can take this as a strong complaint against DPD."

I have used the product supplied with excellent results for which I am most grateful.

Restricted delivery options - if you are not in, it gets sent back to them and you've lost your money - not their problem. Customer service awful. Just suggested I buy it again. What a joke

Slight delay as dpd notified me parcel expected then status didn't change. When it eventually did change it arrived next day. Products though not cheap are spot on
All in all 9.5/10

Ordered black Friday & order still shows DPD have not received it. Emailed Pharmxtra & have had no response. Previous deliveries have been excellent, something has now gone wrong, somewhere

Absolutely faultless!! Genuine next day delivery when I've used DPD instead of yodel!! Fantastic service !
