I am mad on Eureka surveys, whoever is reading it i would suggest to stay away from this site. They took all of balance and after contacting their support many times they never ended up answering it and they never send my Virtual Visa.
This was a verified U.S. account. I received a confirmation email from Eureka on August 20th stating my $5.31 Virtual Visa payout would arrive within 1–2 business days. I verified my email as requested, but never received anything. I also contacted support twice and received no reply. I have screenshots proving all of this. Total scam behavior.

So I waited to write a review because I wanted to see if it cashes out well I am at my first cash out and it has been 3 days and I have not received anything please you guys this might be a scam just watch your asses customer service is definitely have not even tried to get a hold of me which is kind of weird usually someone would reach out if it is real if it is real why aren't you guys reaching out to me and where is my $5 I played all that time watching your little lame ass videos

I love this eureka survey app I've cashed out twice and I think it's only been two weeks lost of bonus,great survey's,also there's games and other offers I give it five stars it my go to survey app.

I’ve been on here for a couple of months and everything was going ok. Then over the past two weeks, I’ve got a message at the top saying “too many surveys rejected by researchers, please take your time to avoid account restrictions.” Literally take my time doing them. I’m beginning to get frustrated and have stopped doing them constantly now. I might delete the app

After wasting my time finishing any offers on the games that are above $1.00, all of the sudden there’s a “tracking issue”(based on what customer support said) on all game offers above $1.00 rewards. I even sent proof of what they requested. Days pass, then I get a reply saying “due to tracking issues, we are unable to provide additional credit for this specific offer”. I may be one of the few of the unlucky ones. But all I’m saying is be careful.

If I could give a zero I would they complain and gripe saying if your going fast you will be placed on account restrictions let's face it No one is going to keep sitting here and waste there time getting screenouts and complaints from you the companies who are doing the complaining I will need to speak with them not you and I am giving this as far as employment scoring an F rating

Absolute SCAM!! They take your money you’ve earnt and then lock you out of your account. Have been reaching out for weeks to get this resolved and emails are ignored. AVOID!

You can make money yes, and it is real. However, it isn’t a lot, and surveys kick you out in the beginning and middle without paying the correct amount or at all. It isn’t what it’s advertised as. You’re basically giving your information away for free, since the surveys kick you out without pay so often.

Surveys always close after they have all your info. JUst finished a Zillow survey and oop after all that info "survey closed" Zillow should be ashamed that they're using this app to scam people.

I cashed out $8.08 on July 21 on Eureka surveys as a bank transfer. I didnt even receive my money yet. I emailed their support team multiple times about my transfer status, they didnt even bother to reply and just ignored my requests. I haven't even got my money till now. I was reaching out to them asking if I needed to correct my bank information or ANYTHING, and guess what, they still didnt even reply. Then, two days ago I decided to give this app a last chance and cashed out $5 through the app on august second as a virtual visa card and guess what, they emailed me said itll be their in 1-2 buisness days, and i didnt even receive my money at all. I gave this app immediately a 1 star review, since they wasted my time as I spent so many hours even staying up all night sometimes to answer most of those long and tedious surveys. I reported this app as well through google play as misleading and deceptive behavior. This app is fake, and is a complete scam and a total waste of time. Find another app or better off just get a job that'll actually give you real money. This app gave me so much stress because of this misleading, arrogant, and selfish behavior, especially with their incompetent support team.

I have been taking Eureka Surveys for awhile now and every time I submit a withdrawal request I don’t get my money from taking surveys and it always a delay so I emailed them and I keep getting a response by the eureka Surveys will review my response in the next business day and then I email back and said that this is not right for surveys takers I would not recommend them to anyone

This is by far the worst survey site I have ever used. When you cash out once if you're lucky they disqualify you on almost all surveys. Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time with this fraudulent survey site.

Been stuck at $4.75 for almost a week now, minimum cash out is $6. Every survey i have tried doing he past week screen me out half way through it and I do not get rewarded, even surveys that screen me out 20 minutes into it. So I have wasted several hours of my time over the past week and got ZERO compensation. Support is a complete joke with them. Just another useless app, if you're low on funds and need a couple bucks to get by, DO NOT USE EUREKA. They are just a bunch of scammers, scamming you out of your time!!

This Survey is terrible half of the time they will say Survey is closed when you click on a survey. The worst part is I have done several surveys on here and it will make you do the whole Survey and not pay you . I did a survey where it had me watch a movie for almost a whole hour and didn’t get paid . Another thing when I try to click on the higher paying surveys they will say survey closed. Then I contact their company and they have a weak excuse every time 😡😡😡😡

I've cashed out 20 times, I get the money in about 5 mins to my PayPal. They surveys have gone downhill..... They close for no reason,most times there just isn't any surveys on the board. The ones that are over a dollar really don't want you to complete the survey to pay you. The surveys are extremely underpaid!!! They need a revamp and update. Besides that I always get my payout and use eureka everyday in my free time.

I have been VERY patient. But this application is full of glitches. Payout is inaccurate. The surveys themselves will close at different times during answering questions. Too many survey closed notifications. And other errors. I think you get the picture. I'm sorry but you can not make me believe that this application is profitable. Uninstalling. Very dissatisfied!

Difficult to even complete a survey because they all say error after answering a few questions. And doesn't complete downloading a game to play through the app.

This is the worst app do not open it it's a waste of time you do half of a survey then they say that you're not suited for it after you've already done it for like 10 minutes and most of them say they're closed and I've been trying to I can't even reach $5 and I've been doing it for like 3 days it's ridiculous and if when I reach $5 if I don't get that $5 I'm going to flip out and then I'm closing the freaking account awful awful awful
