Absolute scam

Absolute scam, cashed out the first time and for the second time I was told I was going to receive the money in 1/2 business days. It’s been over 16 days and nothing. They don’t respond to emails. At least they could’ve given an explanation on this as no one likes wasting precious time for nothing.
I thought it could be because I’m out of the country but if they don’t even respond it’s impossible to understand why and it’s terrible customer service, I’ve already emailed several times and they only give an automated response, on the App Store they ask to email, when I specifically stated they don’t respond??
I’m also concerned about the use of personal data since they require to upload a selfie with ID in order to cash out.
Disgusting.
Pay me and others what you owe us.

Retired Nana

I love it. I’ve made $30 in 4 days. Sometimes the survey kicks you out at some point and pay nothing. They should at least pay something for your time. Sometimes you enter all your personal data and it closes the survey. But overall I’ve had no problems. Cash out to my PayPal and then Right to my checking Account. $30-35 a week is a big help as a retired person. A few groceries. A tank of gas. Works for me. Recommend it!

Poor privacy policies

I’m extremely concerned about this app’s handling of personal data. It requests highly sensitive information, including biometric data and government-issued ID details, without providing a clear, transparent explanation of how this information is stored, protected, or used.
There is no easily accessible, detailed privacy policy explaining data retention, third-party sharing, security measures, or compliance with relevant data protection regulations. When an app asks for this level of sensitive information, users deserve full transparency and clear consent practices — not vague or hard-to-find documentation.
Without clear policies and safeguards, requesting biometric and ID data feels invasive and risky. Until the company provides transparent information about data handling, security standards, and user rights, I cannot recommend this app.
User privacy and trust should come first.

Scam

Require ID verification and taking a selfie in addition to phone verification to cash out. Totally intrusive and neglect to mention it until you want to cash out so they can get some free labor out of you.

SCAM, your time is better spent else where!!

Eureka i thought was great to begin with, qualifying for 90% of surveys was good going, better paid survey participation than most survey sites i've used...too good to be true?...well when it came to cashing out it really did become too good to be true, still not received my payment, emailed them & received an automated email, still no payment & no further responses, AVOID at ALL COSTS...your time is precious & is better spent elsewhere...Now i'm wondering if my personal details/data is even safe if this is the way the eureka do business :(

Lots of surveys and games are disappointing

I haven’t had an issue get what it says I have earned but the surveys shut down quite often and don’t pay out or they don’t open at all. You can also play games and earn money some are good for recording your payments others you pay numerous level that don’t record that you have played them. Others you are one level from a payout and you can not win the game unless you pay money for extras which isn’t fair if it’s a game that says you get paid a few Pennie’s for playing x number of levels why on earth would you pay $3+ so you can complete 1 level

I am tired of spending 5 minutes on 3…

I am tired of spending 5 minutes on 3 min survey or completing a survey ..then it magically saves my answers and kicks me out or does not compensate..you need to test the survey you ask us to do or have options to use before placing them on your website/app.

BEWARE: UNPAID CASHOUT & NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SUPPORT

I requested two cashouts on 12/10/2025 from Eureka and SurveySpin, both apps owned by SocialLoop, LLC, and never received the payments. I contacted support via email three times (the most recent on January 15, 2026) and received no response. I also attached screenshots with proof of my cashout requests to those emails. My PayPal information was correct, the cashouts were completed within the apps, and I have dated screenshots documenting the entire process.

The only communication I received, on 01/21/2026, from SocialLoop, LLC was an identical copy-and-paste reply left on my reviews for both Eureka and SurveySpin on the Apple App Store. This response is nothing more than a fake public acknowledgment with no merit or follow-through.

The company has been notified that its continued lack of response is being fully documented, and that this documentation, along with supporting evidence, will be included in each formal complaint and any further proceedings. These will include reports to the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, the California Attorney General’s Office, and the Federal Trade Commission, as well as escalation through PayPal’s dispute resolution process and, if necessary, small claims court and other legal actions. This company will also be reported to the Apple App Store with a request that the Eureka and SurveySpin apps be removed. At that point, the company may be forced not only to issue my two missing cashouts, but also to face significantly greater financial consequences.

Based on my experience, I strongly caution others before investing time or personal data in this company, and I encourage users who have experienced its unfair and deceptive business practices to report them immediately. This company is not a BBB-accredited business. Their listed address is 1111 Brickell Ave, Fl 10, Miami, FL 33131. The individual listed as their manager is Kirby Gee.

Straight Forward Cash

So far I’ve successfully cashed out over $80 USD. I’ve never had any problems cashing out, but I did link my bank account to be able to cash out easier. No ID required in my case. So far nothing but great things.

I’m not a huge fan of the surveys, but I do like playing the games for money. As a SAHM it’s just a bit of free cash to get matcha or something. Ha, I’m lying. My kid usually asks for it for robux or toca Boca packs.

I’ve made $140 over the past year with…

I’ve made $140 over the past year with this app, never had any problems. I’ve been a priority member with a verified account so I’ve had access to instant cash outs and they would cover the cash out fee. Now, they have added a new feature where you can’t receive instant cash outs without verifying your id. Two days ago I requested $5.01 and got the email saying it was being processed and it would be 1-2 business days. It’s been 2 business days and still nothing, it could just be delayed bc I requested over the weekend but I’m not happy that I don’t get instant cash outs anymore.
