Scam Scam Scam.... Don't waste your time with this app they won't pay out. I spent lots of time and thought the app was really good and easy to use until I tried to cash out. U go through this verification process then lastly they send a code to your provided phone number only the DONT! I contacted their support team and was met with nothing but a "oh well" attitude and a firm stance they did send me the codes. Absolute joke of an app. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Provided id when I signed up and I asked 3 weeks ago for money I've never received and they never reply back either, this is the eureka surveys with the green dollar sign as its logo so hopefully im reviewing the right app.

Omg! I think this is the one! I just fooled around with it one day because I wanted some thing different and I'm in love literally! So much more faster than other survey apps! And the daily polls add up that helps! I cashed out in way less time than the others that take me two days to cash out! I highly recommend this right here!!!!

I submitted a request for support to Eureka Support for their app on January 4. I have not yet received a reply, and it is January 15. I have reached out to them twice to alert them, but it hasn't helped.

I do not trust Eureka Surveys. After spending time completing surveys, I was surprised to find out that they require a photo ID just to cash out. This was never clearly explained upfront. I’m not comfortable sharing sensitive personal information like my ID with a survey app, especially when there’s no strong transparency about how that data is stored or used. I am pretty confused because everyone here rating them bad as scammers.. they payed me out 9.99£ in 2hours on a virtual bank card!!

The amount of time I spend on surveys only to say something went wrong or redirect and there is no pay for my time. The surveys are very redundant and very low pay. Surveys will advertise for a timeframe and actually give another timeframe when you have started. Would not recommend wasting your time here.

Seemed really genuine at first - small payments for quick surveys which is fair - didn't take long to achieve the minimum cash out of £4 - but how to cash out when all attempts at submitting I'd are doomed to failure! Why they even need photo id is beyond me but after about 10 attempts I contacted customer service who at first seemed responsive then said the issue was nothing they could help with. Another dead donkey!

Fair enough. It pays out in the surveys. Yes, I don't know if it pays into your PayPal or not because I haven't made enough yet. But every game I've done on this site so far not one of them has paid me even though I've completed each step. Not very happy cuz I could have played these games on other apps and been paid for it instead of do it on this one and they don't even pay me even a penny. Not fair

Beware they take money from your paypal account and paypal authorises and puts you in negative balance. Also do not know why Paypal would allow this

I requested a £13 cashout from my Eureka Surveys account on the 25th and have still not received the payment.

I have contacted their support team multiple times, but I have not received any response or update regarding this payment. I have double-checked my PayPal details, and everything is correct.

The lack of communication is very disappointing. I expect a clear explanation and prompt payment. Waiting weeks for a small cashout is unacceptable.

I hope Eureka resolves this quickly, but this experience has been frustrating and shows poor support practices.

I was paid for my first two PayPal cashouts, which shows payouts can work. However, my most recent cashouts (£4.02 and £7.59) were confirmed and promised within 1–2 days and never received.

I emailed support more than 15 times and was repeatedly told I would receive a response within 24 hours. No resolution was provided, and communication effectively stopped.

Withholding confirmed earnings while ignoring repeated contact is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this platform.

Customer support is unresponsive, they won't respond to you if you mail them for delayed payment! They claim payment is 1-2 business days, but they will not pay. BEEN WAITING FOR MY PAYMENT FOR OVER 2 WEEKS now. No response or payment whatsoever. AVOID THEM!

The app format itself is user friendly. Everything is easy to find.
Surveys are plentiful, Unfortunately many appear to be "closed" when attempted. Actual disqualifications can be frequent but no more so than other apps of this type. In fairness disqualifications often come with a token couple of pence reward, which is a gesture not offered by many a survey site.
I have only cashed out once, today. All went fine and payment arrived immediately. I was initially concerned with providing driving license photo ID but in the end, for whatever reason, the payment went through without it. Maybe through phone number verification but I don't know so can't accurately comment on this aspect.
The app has other strings to it's bow in the form of games, quick polls, videos etc, so it's an engaging and interesting app.
I haven't used support, so can't comment on the service.
In conclusion, I got some enjoyment from using the app, and received immediate fuss free PayPal payment so a positive experience was had.

Trash, I see why they have a 1.8 star rating. 4 days and I've yet to receive my cash out not have I received an email back from support. Which I had to Google to find, they don't even have a way to contact them via their website. Scam, stay away.

customer service is not very good. I’ve had ongoing trouble getting credit for the offers I download and complete. Even when I follow the instructions exactly, I often don’t receive any credit for the time and effort I put in
