Excellent service, friendly knowledgable staff.

I visited the Long Mile Road store for the first time in mid November. I was assisted by a lovely lady called Val, who demonstrated various buggies that I had my eye on. Val was impressively knowledgeable on every product in the store. She was kind and patient with all my first-time-mum questions and even went as far as to test if my chosen buggy would fit in the boot of my tiny car! I really appreciated the fact that Val did not try to "up-sell" me at any point, she stuck to the products that suited my budget the best, so I trusted her opinion and felt "guided" rather than "sold to"- (a pet hate of mine). I had originally felt overwhelmed by choice with all the various buggy systems I had researched online, and as it's a big investment purchase I really didn't want to get it wrong! But by the end of my visit to Eurobaby I was confident in my choices on the buggy, pram and car seat that suited me best. I later ordered these items on the Eurobaby website and they arrived to my house within a couple of days, free of charge and with no problems at all. Communication on delivery was good. I have since ordered more baby equipment from Eurobaby and would be happy to do so in the future. I also like that I have supported an Irish business. I would definitely recommend Eurobaby to friends in the future- the instore help is great and the website is just so easy to use.

I order a cosatto 3 in 1 travel system…

I order a cosatto 3 in 1 travel system 5 months before my first baby was due. I got an email to say that it would be a month delay which was fine as it would still arrive in time. The month went by and still no travel system. I called to enquired as to where it was and was told they were waiting for it to come on stock. I asked how long would that be as was told 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by still no travel system, I called and was told there was delays with dpd and they forgot to pick up the travel system and it was delayed 2 weeks later I called again and said my due date was fast approaching and they said they would get the car seat and express deliver it to me s I would have it and the rest would come 2 weeks after. A week went by still no sign the car seat was being delivered so I called and they said they was long delays for delivery but it was on its way. Fast forward nearly 5 months later and the baby came 3 weeks early. I called and said they baby was in NICU and when would the car seat be here they said a week later. I went out and bought a car seat to bring the baby home. The baby was home a week and still no carseat. So I cancel the order and ordered off the cosatto website and the travel system arrived within a week. So all the excuses and blaming the courier service were lies and bare in mind everytime I rang I was nice on the phone. The stress this caused me having my first baby for months was absolutely appalling and disgraceful when they knew my baby was in NICU. Never once will I order off eurobaby again even if prices are cheaper.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As this order was placed a year ago, our customer service team cannot fully recall the situation. However, I can see the order was placed on the 3rd of December 2021 and refunded on the 7th of January 2022. This is a total of 5 weeks from when the order was placed to refunded, not 5 months. We did reach out immediately when you placed the order to say it would be January delivery, but you cancelled before the item was due to ship.

I am sorry you feel our service was not at a high standard and we would never want to cause stress on any expecting parent.

We are happy to discuss this matter further if you wish.

Delivered on time, product all present and functional, packaging fairly minimal and mostly recyclable, instructions comprehensible. A very good purchasing experience

Ordered icandy orange converter kit which had a lead in time of 4 weeks, I was promptly emailed about its this and order was at my door 4 weeks from date of ordering as promised.

Excellent service

I ordered a baby package from euro baby and I was able to pay as I went along and the staff were always extremely helpful when I contacted them with any queries. I scheduled a day for delivery and was allocate a time slot and the delivery was timely. I highly rrecommend.

I ordered a baby footmuff on a Sunday…

I ordered a baby footmuff on a Sunday evening through the website. I paid full price. It arrived very promptly on the next Tuesday but it had a big sticker on it and was marked at half price. So service was excellent but I was shocked to be sent the article marked half price even though I had paid full price less than two days earlier

So impressed with Lorna

I recently bought a buggy system and car seat in Euro Baby for my daughter, and I was lucky to be served by a fantastic sales assistant Lorna Bradley. She demonstrated the different folding mechanisms and answered all our questions, nothing was too much trouble for her.
I have not had customer service like this in a long time. Lorna was so nice and made it a lovely experience. To show my apperication I gave her a little box of chocolates to thank her for her great service. Euro Baby are lucky to have someone so professional on their staff, she is doing a fantastic job.

By far one of the best shop in Dublin.

We have got our Cybex travel system and the Chicco next2 me from Eurobaby.
Our experience was great, the stuff at the shop helped us a lot and were very knowledgeable.
All arrived on time as promised.
