Friendly staff
I ordered a travel system online and paid a deposit over the phone. They were able to tell me when it would be ready for collection and asked if I wanted it assembled. They were so friendly and so helpful. When I got there to collect it the female sales assistant showed me how to put it down and had it all ready for me. I can't recommend them enough. They are all lovely and it's my second buggy I have bought from them. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a buggy or travel system.

Customer service ghosts you
I got an email stating my order was awaiting shipment and i sent an email to the company asking if they know when it would arrive. I got a reply asking me for my order number and once i sent that i heard nothing back! The order has arrived but the customer service should be better as ghosting customers is not on!

poor packing and delivery service
very poor delivery service. It took more than a week for delivery, ordered on the 4th december, didnt arrive until the 13th December. The box had been opened and poorly taped back together, the packing inside the box was also opened and didnt fully cover the car seat. Fortunately there was no damage to the car seat, otherwise I would have returned.
Overall, a poor service and Id be reluctant to order anything from them again.
