The order incorrect & damaged

The order incorrect, missing parts, damaged and included items I did not order.

Generally it looked second-hand from the quality of the items and repackaging.

Only positive was the speedy remedy of picking it up and help from the support team.

Didn't like how item was packaged for delivery.

Product was perfect, delivery was fast, but I was disappointed with how it was packaged for delivery. It was packed in a clear plastic sack. There was no one home when the order was delivered, so the courier company left it with our neighbours, meaning everyone knew what I had ordered.

Fantastic service

Great service

Great service. The item I was looking for was hard to find but the staff at Eurobaby did everything they could they were so helpful and now it has arrived. I was able to pay a deposit online too which was really handy at the time. I would definitely recommend

Happy Customer…

Anette in the Long Mile store was very helpful in choosing what we wanted. We ordered online and it was so handy and quick and being able to pay off on items was brilliant. Megan in payments was also great to deal with.
