Purchased for the uppababy bassinet, perfect the first time we used it but one wash and it’s now too small for bassinet. Wouldn’t repurchase.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Trish in the Eurobaby store in Airside, Swords for helping me and my partner pick out our Pram and accessories for our baby.
From the moment we went into the shop she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all the different styles and brands and helped us to pick out the perfect pram and car seat bundle at an amazing price.
She kept in touch with us about the order and rang us as soon as it had arrived in store.
What I appreciated the most is when I realised that I had accidentally ordered the wrong colour car seat, and afraid I wouldn’t be able to change it in time, Trish went above and beyond, and arranged the right one to be delivered the next day with no fuss which was really appreciated. She even saved us the hassle of trying to assemble everything and had it ready to go when we arrived at the store.
It’s those little things that made a huge difference and compelled me to write this review. I would highly recommend anyone who is baby shopping to speak to Trish at Eurobaby in Swords! Thanks again Trish you’re an asset to Eurobaby.

We visited Eurobaby in August and had a great time with the lady Chloe who worked there. She showed us many prams/strollers, she was very comprehensive and explained all the great parts to the pram we chose.

She gave us an amazing price and had explained the ordering process to us. She allowed us to pay a deposit and the rest via a payment link as we live 2 hours from Dublin and it was great! She had instructed us she will send the pram out via delivery and that gave us such relief! 8 weeks later I had contacted Eurobaby and spoken to Chloe, she had advised me she will keep me updated via email and send the pram our ASAP once it was delivered. She had sent our pram via DPD and provided me with a tracking number! Amazing service. We can’t wait to receive our pram! Thank you so much Chloe, you’re a true asset at Eurobaby!
