Impressive Customer Service
I ordered from Eurobaby for the first time yesterday.
First, they had the co-sleeper I’d been looking at on other baby sites in Ireland at a MUCH better price. They offered a new subscriber discount of €10 and ordering online was fast and easy. This was a gift for our daughter and son-in-law for the imminent arrival of their baby.
The site indicated delivery in 2-5 days but my daughter got a call yesterday saying it would be delivered today. I received an email from DPD indicating same, and this morning another confirming a one-hour delivery window THIS MORNING and it actually arrived about 1/2 hour earlier.
Fabulous Customer service -
what a great first experience!

Amazing experience dealing with Chloe…
Amazing experience dealing with Chloe in the eurobaby store. After being let down by a different supplier, I contacted eurobaby to see if they had the same travel system and car seat in stock as our baby arriving in a couple of weeks. Chloe could not have been any more helpful with finding the stock between their stores and keeping me in the loop. Collected the items in store today. All of the staff in store were extremely welcoming, offered to assemble the buggy, or fit the car seat base, then helped us lift our purchases into the car. Thank you to all the staff for your assistance, you made the process very simple.
