Expected same day dispatch but waited 3…

Expected same day dispatch but waited 3 weeks before I received my order! Was back and forth with the staff, which infairness were as helpful as they could be in trying to figure out the problem. When the cot arrived it was damaged and looked like a display model but they assured me it wasn't and offered a measly discount which still hasn't come through! Very disappointed as I could have bought the product directly from the manufacturer cheaper but seen the same day dispatch so went with them.

Really efficient service

Really efficient service. Checkout was very efficient even when applying for Humm. The only grip was delivery at time of purchase said 2-5 business days but delivery was more like 10 business days, however WhatsApp Customer Serrvice was excellent when I queried a delivery time they came back to me straight away.

Overseas order

Ordered this from overseas so it would be ready for our arrival in Ireland.
The site was easy to navigate and it was shipped to my parents home within 2 days of ordering. Will shop here again.
